He sounds great! Only die hard fans that have watched 50 million vids of this concert would notice anything different. A great performance! I especially love the shit eating grin on Adam's face during WATC - he let the crowd take the song, and was just happy to orchestrate. He sounded GREAT!!!!!! And he looks so happy! I love it when Adam is happy! And he makes us all happy too! Thanks Adam, you are the Original HIGH. |

This is a great vid, and one of Adam's better performances of this song, not saying it is the best one out there.
AFL last night in Frankfurt, he doesn't have the same level of intensity on this song and now we know he was probably feeling pretty bad. (not a great vid)

Still................ We know that this is not Adam at his best, but to someone that hasn't seen Adam perform before this is pretty damn impressive. His voice is still gorgeous, and you would never know he was sick.
KUDOS to you Adam, you are the ultimate showman and performer, you gave it your all. Anyone else would have been in bed under the covers. Hope you stay there till you are feeling WELL. Jealous of all the new Avis!! Mine is a bit outdated! Mine is almost as old as they come (first published November 8, 2009) and I will never change it. When I handed Adam a full copy to sign he said "You always bring me the oddest photos to sign." I told him that I like this one because it looked like he had a secret and he laughed and said something like "The world will never know." Then I wrote the LA Times to congratulate the photographer Jay Clendenin on taking such a stunning photo and they actually published my letter to the editor. tl;dr on such a busy day lol  WOW!!!!! Those were the days when Adam knew his fans, when the same peeps showed up and he could recognize us. (Us is figurative, not including me, as I have never met Adam) KUDOS to you Buder for getting published!
Me thinks those days are gone forever. But I wouldn't trade AFL's current world domination for those good ole days, nope, not for a minute!

I kept my first avi for years, and changed to this one a couple of years ago?
I still like it, it reminds me of how excited we all were when he did this fab cover of Bob Marley. Adam always excites and surprises us, and in this song, he just exudes LOVE.
I have to keep it a while longer

Okay, who else is thinking that's also the name of the first single? It seems fairly specific to me, less about setting a tone? It's either about loving yourself doing something you love or sex agree! the Original High is LOVE |
