Loving professor Glampants: Adam ranting about singing and giving examples is so funny! Also glad he was asked about live vocals/lipsynching. Gotta make sure everyone knows it's not tricks, but him actually singing LIVE!!!

I am wondering more and more if they led with BTIKM so that it would be an inoffensive, US radio friendly, easily performable re-introduction to Adam and that they are really gonna start to push hard when they drop the supposedly massive Cuckoo right before album drop and then blitz the shit out of it??? I mean I am sure they would want BTIKM to be a hit, but maybe that's not super important to them because they know they have an arsenal of AMAZING songs waiting to go and that's what the reviewers who mentioned *soft opening* and *RCA must be really confident in the material to lead with this song* are going on about? Just thinking.... ITA. In this launch RCA will want everything go right, hence the slow build-up. So, they launch BTIKM, which has some flashbacks to WWFM, was well received in radio and was a solid hit. In my opinion, BKTIM is designed to re-introduce Adam (to the radio) and make the transition from ERA1 to ERA2 to go smoothly. Make sure that after this hit, Adam will get auto adds. (Or is it still too early for that?) Judging by the reviews we saw from radio stations, there are at least 4 singles in the album that are better than the first one. (And that's only half of the album they heard.) So RCA have every right to be confident. I believe, this album will be BIG for Adam. As it should be. With multiple radio hits, also in the UK and other markets that are not on board yet.

The next time a DJ pulls a Ryan Seacrest Adam should point out that younger women have more traditional societal constraints on their thoughts and their imaginations. Many young women don't imagine outside of the more traditional and conventional box placed on them by society. But, as women mature they grow wiser, they become more interesting, they allow themselves to think more outside of the box. So, his fans are the cool ones that think outside the box and the younger ones that are his fans are super cool young women because they are open minded, creative thinkers at a young age. The bottom line is that his fans are the cool, smart, creative ones that are less afraid to think outside the lines no matter what age. THIS.Any age is cool, even for women.

Just gotta say--nobody can turn crap into gold the way Adam can. Ryan tried very hard to make him look foolish, but Adam was able to turn it around to his advantage, pointing out that his fan base is very diverse and expressing affection for his older fans rather than ridiculing or denying them. Adam just may be the best interviewee I've ever heard. He's articulate, smart, and funny, and he knows how to be self-promoting in a way that doesn't sound the least bit arrogant or pushy.ITA. He really knows how to be interviewed; turning the discussion into the angle he's promoting. Wondering how much is innate and if he's got any interview training... In any case, what charisma, wits and personality! Alice interview was great and the 99,7 NOW in San Fran with Fernando and Greg was hilarious... ;D www.mediafire.com/?jfj44bul47trcai
