No tweets from Brian London since April 22, 2014. Then 3 tweets today on his birthday. Looks like Brian is trying to launch a solo career. Just released a new single on iTunes and a music video. I rather like the song. It has a nice island groove. @brianlondon: Hey guys! Thanks for the birthday wishes. Let's start summer early. New vid, NEW SINGLE stay tuned for more! - itun.es/us/2A_b6@brianlondon: One more thing...NEW music video 'Hurricane'. Let's start summer now! vevo.ly/88Hj1tNice island groove indeed... But if there is one person that I do not wish to ever see again in Adam's band, whether as a musician or as a musical director or, even worse, as a back-up singer, it is him. He is a nice guy and a friend of Adam, but I find him a bad fit, musically. And not creative enough, as a musical director. I liked Kevin better as both keyboard player and music director, even though he was just the temporary fill-in till Brian was available. I think the best edition of Adam's band was with Kevin, Isaac, Tommy, & Ashley. They really played tightly together as a band. And even Adam mentioned in several interviews during that time that this band was 10 times better than the previous band. And I so want Isaac back in the band. As Adam said, Isaac really played "in the pocket". With Brian L and his drummer friend (having a senior moment with his name), the band was just never as tight. ETA: I would like having Rufus in Adam's band too, but I think that would be rather impractical in at least the short term. Rufus would have to move to LA and Adam would have to have enough ongoing work for Rufus for that to be practical. Then there is the work visa issues to deal with.

Kevin + Isaac + Tommy + Ashley were a pretty good band. Unfortunately, Issac Carpenter (drums) is still listed as a current member of electronic rock band AWOLNATION, whose second album is due for release on March 17, 2015. There is thus very little chance, I think, that he could become involved with Adam again on a regular basis. I don't know what Kevin Hastings is up to, but I kind of doubt that he will work again with Adam, considering the expeditious manner that he was let go of previously... ETA: Re: Kevin, I should have refrained from expressing that thought (based on old fan conjecture that I do not wish to revisit). All I want to say is that I really liked Kevin then, as a musician and as a musical director, and that I have no reason to think otherwise today. ETA#2: Rufus Tiger Taylor on the drums would be fantastic!

Prior to being in Adam's touring band, he was in Rihanna's touring band for over 5 years though 2011 but he was replaced for her 2013 tour. Something happened and derailed his career in 2012. I have no idea what happened. Isaac is committed. My favorite keyboardist who was in Adam's past touring bands is Zac Baird. He was on a break from Korn when he was with Adam, but returned. He has been touring with them since 2006 and heading to Europe this summer. I actually have confidence that Adam will put together really good musicians when the time comes. The only person who seems highly probable to be in that band to me is Ashley.

I maybe misunderstood the situation, but I thought Brian said he had lined up Kevin as the temporary music director during the radio promo (plus) time. Brian was always supposed to be the MD but couldn't take over until his schedule freed up.

I don't think anyone here knows who is good for Adams band or not. Personally I saw no difference with Brian, why should I? I am not in the industry what the heck do I know lol. All I know is Adam can sing haha. I don't think its something to concern ourselfs with as fans. I am sure Adam well hire solid muscians to back him, when he performs his single on tv. When the need arises. Hey im in for a Taylor/Adam collab. i don't understand why AL fans are againgst it. She maybe a bit too vanilla for Adam. But hey does it matter? Could be fun, its not that deep haha but thats just me.

Adam needs collabs with people who at least have a decent voice, and I don't think she does. JMHO.

(Brian and Kevin worked together for Rihanna.) But something happened to Kevin in 2012 -- not related to Adam. He was supposed to go back and tour with Rihanna, but did not. I do not know what happened to him. I liked him and would actually like to know.

Didn't Brian London (and maybe Tommy and Ashley) do some kind of KickStarter shortly after the Trespassing tour ended?
