As always, Adam handled that interview (even the loudmouth) very well. He has an instinct for poise and tact and graciousness and humor and wit that outshines just about anyone I can think of. Love how he said that when he's with his friends talking about life's issues, he sometimes feels like a talk show host. He would make a great one! He can talk to anyone, has great humor and intelligence. Maybe it will happen someday. I know that woman was annoying but he worked around it with skill and patience. People like her have no self-awareness. Can't wait for the UK promo coming soon. And he says he'll be in France and Germany as well. we'll all be in Adam Heaven right up to the release of TOH!

A complete lack of self-awareness and common sense. So much so that she feels it is acceptable to voice her disdain for pop music, while speaking to a pop artist who loves pop music, at a pop stations event! Still SMH.

OMG, going from the old lady witch hunt yesterday to the etiquette police of today and I'm just not sure I'm going to survive this era. It is seriously making me crazy. I was having conversations with Adam today (in my head of course) and getting teary eyed describing what was happening. It just reminds me of my chickens. I have a sweet girl who stopped laying last year, her feathers all fell out and even though they have an acre to roam on the other chickens, especially the two oldest ones of which I call one the boss and the other the enforcer, just can't pass up the opportunity to push her to the ground, hop on her back, and peck her. This winter she spent most of her time alone while the other chickens were off in their pack and every once in a while she still sit in the next box hoping against hope to lay an egg. Well long story short I did buy her some fertilized eggs and it took her a week longer of sitting on them than normal but she now has a family to raise. You'd think that this might make the rest of the chickens a bit more sympathetic, but no. Although she is very protective of her chicks, she just doesn't have the right stuff for those other chickens to leave her alone. Can you imagine being stood on and pecked at while you are worried about what the other chickens might be doing to your kids? I've put an end to it. They've been locked in their own bitty hen jail and I've left the stock pot option still open on the table. Love your chicken story so much!

And the angry look of the hens "in jail" in the background ... hahaha!!! And Jablea, so sweet of you that you protect your poor hen and her babies from the other hens!

Love your chicken story so much! Aww, chapf, how cute!!! And the angry look of the hens "in jail" in the background ... hahaha!!! And Jablea, so sweet of you that you protect your poor hen and her babies from the other hens! Had to change my avi Thanks chappy. lol, protecting them is a bit of a sacrifice because the ones behind the fence are the only ones laying right now and they'll probably stress themselves into remission again and I'll have to buy store eggs, yuck. My rabbit is stuck behind the fence now too and she's not all happy with the new state of affairs either. If it wasn't for her I could put up my plastic fence and give the old hens a bit of a bigger area but the rabbit will chew right thru. My wire fence is reserved for the garden. Oh the life of an urban farmer. And since we are back in a dead thread, whew. I'll add that my objections to the whole subject matters that reminded me of my chicken saga were not about the logic behind being wise about radio and M&G opportunities but to the atmosphere that was developing around it. For example, we have a member who was very excited to tell us about her accidental attendance and what happened in San Fran and I fear she has flown the coop.
