I like the way she says this. Michelle @dragonfly194 2h2 hours ago Adams current back up band is very very talented and I love that they support him and let HIM shine - like a platinum setting for a diamond twitter.com/Dragonfly194/status/675899198122803200

Oh I see...headliners are in the middle of that concert. That is where I was expecting Adam to be. HMMMM.... I hope that bodes OK for Adam, and people who may not be familiar with him---stay to hear him.

WOW...not having the live experience to go by... now I see what people mean. The sound is so good for them in particular on this video.

I think everyone here is streaming/supporting the hell out of ALN. The issue is not that we can't play our faves on the CD. It just that we're getting worried about ALN's lingering lack of success. I'll refrain from elaborating on my reasons on why I don't see ALN becoming a hit (unless u want me to) to avoid upsetting the fans. There was at least some momentum with GT, and it was slowly getting into people's playlists and DJ sets. ALN seems to be stagnant even after appearances on 2 biggest UK TV shows, something that GT didn't get. A month after official radio release and over 2 months after Video debut and promo. What's scary is people saying there won't be another single if this flops. Who made that rule? With that thinking there wouldn't have been WWFM after the disastrous response to FYE! They knew they fucked up once and put their bet on the next one. Wouldn't it be worse if they exhaust too much of their resources and time on beating what may end up being a dead horse, while GT's success and Adam's reputation as a hit maker fades away? It does not mean we have given up kicking ALN to move I didn't see but did you say if you are in the UK or in the US? I'm not sure which you are worried about. There's no real need for ALN to become a "hit" or top 10 to be successful or to lead into another single. A 2nd single doesn't have the same excitement and push up front as the first one that's released just as even fans are hearing about it. But if it's numbers that are causing you worry then come on over to the numbers thread. We are happy to discuss number angst over there.

......... Hope, the streaming link works: ...... And while I am planning out my wishlist....could Hollywood please discover the magic that is this album and use some of it in movies or TV shows? That would be really great too. ETA: Can someone pls let me know, in case the Spotify embed further up does not work. It does seem to work for me, but then, this is my Spotify account, not a generic address, so I am just not sure, how it looks for someone else. Thanks. Spotify link works for me and yes, sure wish the US media would use some songs. Cool that the NFL is.

How did the discussion re a favorite song turned into an assumption that there is "no support for ALN"? I LOVE TOH most of them all (well, TL and After Hours come close) but I religiously support ALN by doing all the BSC-fan-prescribed stuff , i.e. voting, spinning, streaming, buying, tweeting... etc, etc, etc... so, no worries imo re ALN support ... we are a great team! I think everyone here is streaming/supporting the hell out of ALN. The issue is not that we can't play our faves on the CD. It just that we're getting worried about ALN's lingering lack of success. It does not mean we have given up kicking ALN to move Just wanted to respond to a few things in this post -- > I am not worried about ALN. I don't believe many fans are worried about it. > ALN will not be a hit in the UK but that has nothing to do with North America or many other countries. But TOH is selling in the UK -- and continues to sell. WB marketing plan is designed to sell the album and to maximize revenue from licensing and streaming. > I doubt anyone here will get upset if you post that you believe ALN is not a hit -- but many will be upset if you extend your personal view to "we" and to "fans." Also, posters who are knowledgeable about US radio airplay, streaming media patterns and track sales will disagree with you and support that with facts. We are headed into the holiday freeze on US radio -- nothing will move much until January -- but with over 100 radio stations playing ALN on CHR and HAC it will go up. ALN will move into the Top 40 on CHR within 3 weeks -- and it has months to go. > I have no idea who "the people" are who are saying there won't be another single if this (ALN) flops -- but that is not how the music business or US radio works. My expectation is that ALN will not peak on US radio until March/April 2015 possibly keyed to a performance on American Idol. Setting up TOH as #3 and a summer hit. WB Promo did not work to get ALN on 100 radio stations -- including 14 new playlist ads this week -- because they plan on backing off on promoting this song. The only Top 20 market in the world that may not get another single is the UK. But they could give it one more shot.

And Adam is always best when he closes the show.
