Not selling well in some markets, but it is early. I've heard that her previous tour didn't sell too well either. Yes, it had some venues 1/2 empty. But I think she is bigger now. I was curious about the 10K M&G, so checked sales on that. She's sold 4. Her regular M&G of $400, is sold out at most of the cities. Nick's are not sold out at anyvenue. Will be interesting to see how this progresses!

Listen guys, I have worked in the theater and tv business and I can tell you he is very much on the top list of many theater and tv producers. Whether he becomes a top selling pop star does not matter to them. They recognize the talent and potential that he would bring to their shows. The point is, they have seen Adam's talent and they know he would be a huge advantage. He wants to be successful as a pop star. If he gets that or not, it does not matter as far as his career is concerned. He will always work in the business in some genre. He is that good.
He has an amazing magnetic personality. Then you add the vocal quality, the looks, the timing, the unexpected humor, he is the total "package". It was a treat to see him doing the Idol Tour songs. He has always been so good and so marvelously outrageous. He has a way of moving "parts" in a rarely seen rhythm. And I haven't even started my Patron'.........

Not selling well in some markets, but it is early. I've heard that her previous tour didn't sell too well either. Last year's tour sold quite well. And this tour is selling pretty well -- tracking to match her 2014 tour. It will prob not sell out many venues but they will have >10,000 per concert. There are some locations that are not selling so well, others have a higher sales rate. That is pretty typical. Her last tour (2014) had average gross >$400,000; average ticket around $48 (North America). About 87% of tickets sold. Some of the concerts boxscores were not released so this is an estimate based on Pollstar's totals. ETA: To add a ditto to Pattihum's post -- Demi is the draw for this concert. Nick not so much.

Welllll, thank you for posting this oldie. I'm slurpin that yummy thing up like a hungry kitty with a bowl of milk. Oh, Gawd, YES!!!!! *slurp* Love the Philly Bowie medley performance! That was *my* show and I think it was the best! So great to see it again. There was some talk about improvisation the other day related to reggae IIHY and the band intros -- I think it was after the St. Louis show. That prompted me to revisit the Fantasy Springs WLL -- one of my favorite things ever. I don't think Adam has ever surpassed it, improvisationally speaking. Adam's current band sounds great, but Zak was great on keys in this, and the whole thing is just mesmerizing, visually as well as aurally. youtu.be/1ljb_JsvUEc (It's been so long since I posted that I'm not sure whether or not the link will embed. It's Lambosessed's Improved version of WLL from Fantasy Springs. Is there anyone who hasn't seen it??) ETA: Yay!

sometimes I just miss this:
And TALC keeps bringing us the best of AFL in all his incarnations. So grateful! So true! Whenever we hear that TALC is going to a show, we know there's going to get some GREAT vids. I am so appreciative for all they do. I haven't quite figured out how they get around the various obstacles but they do.
