Here. This pic from Bali. I don't know how to post pics on here. It's no big deal. Someone was talking about his ribcage and it came to mind. It's not a criticism or anything lol. Just something I noticed years ago. And I'm not the only one. It's been talked about in other comms. There was a pic from Israel or the next show where it was noticeable also. One in the lace tank with his arms spread. I can't find it mobile.twitter.com/xhollyglambertx/status/359667314922237952That is not flared ribs. Search on Google and you will find pictures of flared ribs. It is a specific medical condition. I assume that the other people talking about this are not familiar with the condition and just using an incorrect label. Adam has a relatively large chest (and presumably large lungs). It is why he can sing the way he can sing. Singers have larger lung capacities than non-singers. There is research that vocal training and practice and use increases lung capacity and lung size. The same thing happens with swimmers and musicians who use their lungs. It's strange to see how Adam is dissected like a specimen in a petri dish. We sure do adore him, don't we? Every single thing about him!

Does anybody knows the capacity of the Nippon Budokan arena in Tokyo? Capacity is 14,471. For end stage concerts it maxes out at around 9,000. - My guess is that with the big Queen end stage maybe 8,000-8,500. It is a legendary venue and looks like the perfect venue for Q+AL. Even sort of matches Adam's vest.

In a time far far away (pre-motherhood), my tummy went flat when lying down, leaving my ribs stuck up like that in the Adam lounging on boat picture. I don't have "flared ribs", unless they've been hidden by my years of existence. Swimmers do tend to get larger chests, but not always. I was a swim parent and certified swimming official, saw Olympians close up on deck, and that physique is mostly muscle development. I believe there was one swimmer with sort of a sunken chest, which he had to make up for by hardwork and spirit.

I was an competitive swimmer throughout my youth. I have a big rib cage and large lung capacity and broad shoulders. Some of that was enhanced by my swimming time but the basics were already there genetically. Even when I'm standing you can see my rib cage. I don't have "flared ribs" it's just my physiology.

col, well said re: Adam's different costume looks, hair, etc. Well, so far we've gotten some really fine videos considering no filming allowed. LOL Where there's a will, etc. The videos from Adam ぷう are especially excellent...very clear picture and sound. I'm assuming the lyrics fail was on TSMGO. No surprise. In an interview before the NA tour, Brian said how he gets chills down his spine when Adam sings TSMGO. Adam just laughed and said he forgot the lyrics in rehearsal. That seems to be a hard song for him to sing especially lyric wise. But, when he gets it right, it's magnificent!! Don't know about TSMGO, but he has been struggling with getting the verse succession of WWRY correct this tour. I don't think he has gotten it right once so far. This one sticks out like a sore thumb for me because if you screw up the boy/young man/old man order from the first verse, you're basically fucked.... lol I remember he had a lot of trouble with it when QAL first started out, but then seemed to get a handle on it. IIRC he got it right more times than not on the European festival tour. I don't think anyone, other than a few diehards, are worrying about it though... and I'm sure they have all conveniently forgotten that Freddie fucked up the lyrics on many occasions. Perhaps Adam is a bit tired? The lyrics screw ups were no big deal but were mostly on the later songs -- songs he knows the lyrics to. And you are correct, in 2014, Adam constantly mixed up the WWRY verses driving a few die-hard fans crazy. I don't recall him manglng TSMGO so much recently. But I really don't pay that much attention to those lyrics -- the song is so emotional.

I just asked for Cassie's opinion. I haven't always been here so I assumed that this topic has been discussed in the past as it had elsewhere.

To bring it back to Adam, he's looking fine.

If Adam was born with flared ribs, a pediatrician would have told his parents. Pediatricians look for all sorts of birth defects with the newborns very first visits to the office. I cannot ever believe that Leila or Eber would have done nothing to correct it in infancy, as it is a fairly simple problem to fix. Leila, was a very attentive mother. When she was working as a dental hygienist,Adam said that she made sure he had his weekly cleanings. She would have done something. Adam basically has his dad's shape. Eber has a very large chest too and long legs. It's genetics, not flared ribs.
