Adam mention in this month's issue of Rolling Stone magazine in their list of "The 100 Greatest TV Shows of All Time." American Idol #92. No mention of Carrie U. Adam climbing the post AI ladder? Hmmmm #92 American Idol 2001-16 The glitziest of singing competitions, it gave the world memorable freakazoids like Simon Cowell, the hostile judge in a V-neck, and Paula Abdul, the semi-coherent judge who just loved everybody for believing in their pitchiest dreams. Idol never recovered from losing its original judges, in 2009 – when it went bad, it went bad fast – but it found stars like Kelly Clarkson, Adam Lambert, William Hung and the "Pants on the Ground" guy. Here is the entire list: www.rollingstone.com/tv/lists/100-greatest-tv-shows-of-all-time-w439520/mystery-science-theater-3000-w439537Also, last nite I was in a Waffle House restaurant on St. Pete Beach, Florida. Never guess what was on the new fangled jukebox, Adam's Welcome to the Show. Surprised me, but also surprised that was the only song of his listed.

Still curious about Whatever Happened to Brad Bell (Cheeks). I really enjoyed his online series, Husbands, and thought that would open doors for him. Anybody heard anything about what he is doing now?

I know nothing about depression but I think one of the thing that contribute to his depression IMO is missing the spot light. He's been in the spot light during Queen time and then Freddie passed away for years he had to deal with not having performing on stage in the caliber of Queen and then Adam came a long and he got to do it again and have a taste of it again. He's been enjoying it again and now in their down time I think he missed it very much. I suffer from clinical depression, I have since a very young age. For me it's like a huge blackness is constantly pressing down on me. Mine isn't tied to anything that's happening in my life at the time it's just there . Sometimes it's so overwhelming it's hard to function other times it's just a shadow waiting , never quite going away. For anyone who wants understand how depression feels just listen to the lyrics of Adam's song "Underneath " for me it's a perfect description. My heart goes out to Brian and to anyone suffering from this horrible disease. Peace light and love to all. I knew someone who suffered from bipolar disorder who suffered intense debilitating depression during his lows.. it helped him to get a diagnosis which validated that it was a problem with his brain chemistry and not something he could "snap" out of. Here's where he went and what they have to say about depression.. I hope Brian gets some help. www.amenclinics.com/conditions/anxiety-issues/Anxiety and depression are not the result of character flaws or personal weakness; they are the result of biological problems in the brain that can be balanced. The Amen Clinics Method represents a true paradigm shift in the treatment of anxiety and depression. Rather than simply mask your symptoms, we will help you learn about, heal and optimize the organ of personality and emotion… your brain.

Lol, in other words, he's in hiatus...no immediate project in sight?
Adam, on the other hand, seems to be busy year round....love that he has his hands in so many different pies. More excitement for us !!

It's true that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance mine is coupled with PTSD, from being raised by crazy people. There are many good treatment programs and medications that help. I take my medicine faithfully have had years of therapy and cope the best I can. I'm sure Brian has taken measures to deal with his depression. But sometimes it just have to wait for the veil to lift it's like life's calling but you don't have the heart to answer.
