RHPS has a full page ad with this pic on it in the October 24th issue of 'In Touch' magazine on page 56. I picked it up today! I don't know how to bring a pic of the page over but there is a mention of Adam. Article written by Matt Sullivan. loha β@lohablondie 4h4 hours ago hard decisions to me made, tongue is out

I knew someone who suffered from bipolar disorder who suffered intense debilitating depression during his lows.. it helped him to get a diagnosis which validated that it was a problem with his brain chemistry and not something he could "snap" out of. Here's where he went and what they have to say about depression.. I hope Brian gets some help. www.amenclinics.com/conditions/anxiety-issues/Anxiety and depression are not the result of character flaws or personal weakness; they are the result of biological problems in the brain that can be balanced. The Amen Clinics Method represents a true paradigm shift in the treatment of anxiety and depression. Rather than simply mask your symptoms, we will help you learn about , heal and optimize the organ of personality and emotion⦠your brain. It's true that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance mine is coupled with PTSD, from being raised by crazy people. There are many good treatment programs and medications that help. I take my medicine faithfully have had years of therapy and cope the best I can. I'm sure Brian has taken measures to deal with his depression. But sometimes it just have to wait for the veil to lift it's like life's calling but you don't have the heart to answer. I wish this subject was one that is easily understood but clearly it is not. Having a daughter with borderline personality disorder, ptsd, and possibly bipolar symptoms her struggles are daily and her medications sometimes have to be adjusted when they don't work anymore. My heart goes out to all that suffer from this.

That was intense! So much Adam in episode seven! The camera loves him. What a profile. I loved the whole look, the suit, hair, accessories, everything.
I think Adam has a great team. So far, my favorite of his team is Isaiah, followed closely by Amalia. When Adam gave Vlado a chair it was a head-scratcher for me because I had never understood why he got so many positive comments from the judges during his first audition. (I kinda understood why the audience reacted so enthusiastically to him.) I thought maybe things sounded different in the room than they did on my speakers and I didn't care for his voice, so I was disappointed when he got a seat.
And for about twenty seconds Adam had me thinking he might not put Ivy through, and I was like, are you crazy? Her voice is so pure and controlled and at the same time emotional and "elastic" (a term Adam used to praise a different contestant but I think it applies to Ivy's voice too). Watching her two auditions felt like watching one of those imaginative, thrilling floor routines, where she can go sky high and also to intimate, fanciful places with her voice, tumble, twist, and somersault all over the mat and still stay inside the tape and stick the landings. And she has an amazing tone. There were just a few little things that I thought might be affectations, but it wasn't overdone and it worked for me.
I let out a Yes! and a hard hand clap when Adam selected her (I startled myself with the yelp and the clap, did not predict that reaction) and it restored my faith when he gave her Vlado's seat. And then I remembered it's partly a "game show" and maybe Vlado had been a kind of sacrificial pick from the start---an audience favorite whose swap would create drama, but who was no real loss for Adam in the end (from my perspective).
So, obviously, I was mega bummed when Ivy lost her seat to Natalie. I think maybe Ivy didn't have the "package" Adam thought viewers would vote for or maybe she was too similar to Isaiah in the ways she phrases songs. I hope she gets picked for the Underdog category. I read that the Underdogs would be revealed on the first live show. But I also read that Mel mentored Maddison (who sang WWTLF) on The Voice Kids in Australia a couple of years ago so she probably has a shot. But I'm rooting hard for Ivy.
Natalie does have a terrific voice, but it's a little too measured for me, as though she's being careful not to go off the rails with it (which I thought she did slightly a couple of times). Her voice doesn't move me emotionally and I don't hear a tone that captivates me. But it's early days for all of them and maybe my mind will change. Adam obviously heard something special in her voice. I'm really interested to see what each of his three will do.
It's all pretty exciting! (This episode was a literal nail-biter for me.) I'm going to miss this show when it's over. It's been flying by so fast. I wish we had gotten to see snippets from the a cappella round and Adam's interaction with the singers then. But I guess no point in getting attached to people.
Adam's brief performance of "I Want to Break Free" was a gift. I've listened to it so many times. From that first velvety note that felt so "right," his voice struck me on a deep, vibrational level, like a key in a lock, when he sang the song on that stage. I think his voice has worn some sort of groove in my psyche.
I wonder what feedback he gave that singer. I hope they have an X Factor extra episode and show an extended cut of that audition along with some behind-the-scenes stuff.
I hope viewers will check out Adam singing "Who Wants to Live Forever" after his contestant sang it. That would be a nice bonus.
Based on the latest photo of Adam in Australia, everything's on track for him to look spectacular for the live shows!!
I've liked his look and all his outfits for all the shows so far. I loved his look in that photo from London in the coat and hat, too. So stylish and chic. I love the way he looks in warm colors and jewel tones, along with black. My favorite hair color of his is deep, warm brown or brown with a slightly reddish tint. Close second favorite would be medium black (or slightly light brown). And the amount of facial hair from the latest photo is perfection (if he has to have a beard). So sexy. Can't wait for viewers to get a load of this look.
It's been wonderful to read the reaction of viewers who are discovering (or being reminded of) him and all his talents.
Kinda neat that Adam was a contestant on season eight of American Idol and is now a judge/coach on season eight of X Factor Australia. And, yeah, no matter what happens, he's won both times. : ) (And in situations where I'm able to vote, I never vote based on the judges in these kinds of competitions but solely on the quality on the singer, no matter which team.)
Hugs to Brian and everyone else suffering from depression. I'm familiar, it's a constant companion. Wishing everyone the best.
