I guess I am somebody who isn’t going to waste energy even thinking about what hasn’t happened yet or may never happen for Adam. After eight years, I am just going to enjoy whatever happens. For me, this should be fun and a pleasure. I should be as fortunate as Adam. Dude has a great life

Review: Adam Lambert amazing on Bon Jovi's 'Livin' on a Prayer' SpecialBeverly Hills - On October 20, Grammy-nominated pop star Adam Lambert performed at GLAAD's Spirit Day concert at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. This Spirit Day event was in support of anti-bulling for the LGBTQ community. Lambert, who was dressed in a suit, opened his set with 4 Non Blondes' "What's Up?" and he immediately broke into Bon Jovi's signature tune "Livin' on a Prayer," where he was able to blow the roof off the venue thanks to his trademark pipes, which showcased his magnanimous vocal range. It looks like this will be the year that Bon Jovi finally enters the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Lambert delivered a Hall of Fame worthy performance of "Livin' on a Prayer," where he paid the ultimate homage to the iconic New Jersey rock group. Lambert's vivacious performance of "Livin' on a Prayer" may be seen on his Instagram page. The Verdict Overall, Adam Lambert was superlative at the Spirit Day concert, where he tackled classics by such musical acts as 4 Non Blondes and Bon Jovi. He is able to rock out like no other, and musically, Lambert is in a league of his own. His Spirit Day set earned an A rating.
To learn more about global music star Adam Lambert, check out his official website. I wouldn't feel this heavy hearted today if this "A rating" performer was finally recognized as an "A list" celebrity.

Such lovely words about Adam in that review. But we Glamberts are used to perfection. We expect nothing less. He always delivers. I sure wish he had been part of that star-studded CBS benefit show from last night. I can't understand why he isn't included in some of these things. He can hold his own with the top names, hands down. (Sorry about my "Miss Crabby Pants" moment. LOL I feel exactly the same way.

Also the Hollywood Bowl! He was there, why not be part of it! Just don't understand after all these years in the business he's not part of these kind of things. I know he does a lot of performances for charity but they are small venues and not widely seen unless you look for them! Well let’s see, no recent music on the radio, no music currently on the radio, no indication of any near future music for the radio, not the crowd or event for 40year old covers.... I do wonder and worry a bit about what must go through his head when he attends these events as a spectator though. That has to be hard on the confidence and the will.
I seem to have a strong need to keep hammering on the same subject today, but yeah good point. It is not only about my selfish self who wants to see Adam more in the spotlight as a solo artist, but I also do wonder how happy he really is at those events. I believe that there is no way for him to not reflect and compare. About the "no music currently on the radio" comment...valid point of course. And now we can go back to the discussion why that is the case. Is Adam's taste too eclectic? Is he a bit stubborn? Or isn't he promoted enough and why? I believe that someone with the highest level of talent and charisma to light up a whole arena and beyond, there must be a way to the top without having to sleep your way to it. If I look at the line-up of yesterday's event I can't help making comparisons. I just discussed this with my DH ... His answer is that others had hit songs early in their careers (songs "better" than Adam's) and that now they get the benefit of the doubt.

Adam is about to tour Europe ,24 cities, with Queen.. I'm a very happy fan.IMHO ,Adam seems to be living his life ,his way inspite of the hellish music business. He also has the best mentors in the world to talk to and to learn from..... He is loved for who he is and he is admired for his talent and his courage... so not being invited to sing some places...'Two Fux'Totally agree with you!
