These two gentlemen are Music Icons and they LOVE Adam! It doesn't get any better than that!

Just reading some of the comments about the Freddie speech. My DH and I saw QAL for the first time as Queen fans last year as I wrote yesterday. So happy to see Roger and Brian perform and grateful to Adam for making that happen. Always felt they didn't get their fair share of accolades when Freddie was alive. My DH commented several times during the concert "Why are they talking about Freddie so much? How long has he been gone? At least 20 years?" LOL
I knew Adam would be fabulous even though we hadn't followed his career. Roger and Brian wouldn't have him out there if he weren't up to the task. After the concert I looked up videos, interviews, etc of QAL and Adam solo. Saw several up close QAL encores where Adam is the badass rocker till the very end. Then he turns around in the line with everyone to take bows and puts his hands on his heart with a look that seemed to say "OMG I'm up here with Queen!" So endearing and charming. When they leave the stage and Brian holds up his guitar with everyone cheering, yes I think many of us in their age group have nothing but gratitude for those two hours of reliving a bit of our youth with our favorite rock band as Cassie so beautifully wrote. And discovering Adam -- what a bonus!
