I guess someone is really looking for someone to take the Adam Lambert mantle away from Adam on Idol, lol. First it was Uche now I guess it is Jeremiah Harmon. Of course, Lionel did not mention Adam but why let the opportunity pass? 'Notes that Freddie Mercury can't do': Judges stunned by 'American Idol' performancePastor’s son Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon — with his powerful pipes, pure and unguarded heart, and poignant coming-out story — has been one to watch this American Idol season. But this Sunday, during the first public-voted performance show of Season 17, he took the competition to an entirely new stratospheric leve — “past Pluto and Mars,” as judge Lionel Richie put it. The astounded Lionel went so far as to invoke the name of late, great Queen showman Freddie Mercury — praise that even Idol runner-up Adam Lambert, who actually fronts Queen now, never received in Season 8.After Jeremiah’s breathtakingly beautiful piano performance of Sir Elton John’s “We All Fall in Love Sometimes,” Lionel gasped, “You just took an Elton John song, and you went past Freddie Mercury and you Jeremiah’d the whole thing. I mean, there are notes that Elton can’t do. There are notes that — I can’t believe it — Freddie Mercury can’t do. You went to Z-flat somewhere up there.” Added fellow judge Luke Bryan, “I see ‘Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon’ on this big billboard.” news.yahoo.com/notes-freddie-mercury-cant-judges-stunned-american-idol-performance-015759152.htmlLyndsey just has to mention Adam in every article. Looks like Jeremiah is the favorite. Billboard has already done two articles on him. I heard that comment last nite from Lionel....thought it highly exaggerated.

I watched one of Jeremiah's performances; Lionel is ridiculous in his praise. Is he like that with all the contestants? He's way OTT.
I did like Jeremiah's voice in that song, I think it was an Elton John song.
No comparison to Adam...none whatsoever lol.

Looks like I’ll be sitting out upcoming QAL OZ tour. With travel and inconveniently being sick when GA happened I’ve missed ticket window. Will check out secondary market but unlikely I’ll want to pay the kind of prices they get. On the plus side I’ll be able to watch the upcoming North American show videos without ruining the show for myself. Universe and I are a bit at odds right now.

It always amazes me how people get so carried away about one song. Brendon Urie sings BoRhap and now he should sing with Queen blah, blah blah. Adam is unique because he not only can sing his face off in any genre; he is also the "whole package" with performance and charisma. I love many singers but to me Freddie and Adam are still the pinnacles of live performances.

A bowl of quinoa and kale? But probably not. I have no idea....lol. At first I thought it looked like chopped up healthy eats....but it's sitting on a metal grate. it's small compared to his fingers......so I'm going with some fresh weed mixture. The weed I've seen doesn't look like that...but he may have a pot growing at his house or maybe you can buy a blend that looks like that. Hope Javi isn't late for work again in the morning LOL That crossed my "mind" --as Adam is probably altering his tonight--the Adavi team might be in share mode.

Darn...those stresses on the brain and heart --of --if only/how much do I want this. I know little on the topic of sellers, but T Dainty company has repeatedly stated to only purchase from the correct source. I was looking at the Gold Coast site, helping my nieces figure things out, so saw that qualifier many times. If you choose to buy, I would want you to get in the door! 👍

Sang on pitch. Those "insanely high notes".... yeah, those are D5s and E5s. Falsetto with a thin piercing tone. I give him credit. Not a lot of male pop singers can sing those notes. Adam can. In spades. In full voice. With fullness and richness in the tone. Like the glide up to a sustained D5 or E5 on "Why???" in Under Pressure. Same notes, but Jeremiah doesn't sound the least bit like Adam. Of course, who does?

Of course no one told Adam in season 8 that he could hit notes Freddie couldn't hit. Queen and Freddie were not everywhere with the biggest music biopic and huge N/A tours then. There was no Queen and Adam opening the Oscars and on everyone's radar. They were not being talked about enough for the judges to try to score points for someone they favor. I don't think they would have done that anyway. Besides, Adam had more buzz and praise than any of these contestants put together when he was on Idol. And Adam will still be fronting Queen and making millions when this contest ends, lol.

Ok...what is that? Saw it on his IG...and thought by coming here someone would comment on it. Haha but no bama, just the post. Is it weed?? I believe it is Orange Kush Cannabis -- a hybrid with orange flowers and white fuzz.
Or it could be something else smokeable.
