And once again, I am in awe of Adam. Voice, check. Looks, check. Moves, check check. Seemingly a lovely man, check.
But I am SOOOO in awe of his ability to enunciate words, even while singing, sticking to the intent of the song, moving, keeping eye contact with the audience. So awesome, and so appreciated. I can understand what he is singing. Seems elementary, but not true of many artists.

Did anyone else love listening to Adam sing "Lilac Wine." I haven't ever heard that anyone else loved that song. Adam singing acappella anytime, any song is a delight for me. Love his version of Lilac Wine. Will also forever love this one:

And for Thanksgiving, one of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite authors: and one more: And some things I am thankful for: unexpected kindnesses, critical thinking, Cheetos, the faces of those I love, the unique span of my life, the way that Adam's voice moves me, sudden moments of exquisite beauty that take my breath away.

What I believe the angels must sound like, and why I will be his fan for life. This man can just flat out SANG.
the note starts at ~2:17
the note starts ~4:03
PS to cassie, I don't think I thanked you for your answer the other day. As always, thanks for helping me understand the technical. The feels (see above) would be enough, but it gives extra dimension and depth for me to know about his technical brilliance.

cassie, can you help me understand what the tweet means by "alternate notes?" I'm always curious for the technical explanation, you know. Was it Adam being wonderful in a technical way I can feel but not really understand the enormity of? It sounds like it if Stephan Oremus is telling other singers not to attempt it, which makes me think it was something special, or difficult.
