Yes. I felt that 6GB would be too much, but the 4GB version kicks a$$. Hey , can I ask you a favor , kryptoman68 ????? If you can , can you "cut" the video , song to song , and put them on media fire ??? I've searching all day for a good DL , and 4Gb is just too much for my poor computer to process . it can't even handle a 1Gb download :(. If you can do it , I'd be VERY thankful , Or , at least ell me where to find a good download , that is not too big Terra's download is already split into 3 parts, so it isn't a single 4GB download. I am afraid I cannot help with the splitting because I lack the software equipment to do that. But I suspect someone will do it sooner or later.

Woke up in the middle of the night. The 4GB download was done. Guess what I am doing at 3:30 am...
The audio and video quality of that video is something else entirely. All I hope is that the Ukrainian Television recorded this in HD and there is a BluRay in our future... :D

I felt a revival of something yesterday that had slipped away a bit...not of my love for Adam, god knows, or of my appreciation for his talent--those are always there--but of that first-impression knock-out feeling--that feeling I got when I was first introduced to him when he was singing Satisfaction--that "who the hell is that kid and where the hell did he get those balls!?!" feeling. To see Adam, after the first few moments on that massive stage realize, suddenly, I OWN THIS, break into that knowing, present, smile of his, and proceed to SLAY IT, was newly miraculous. THIS! ^^^ You put in words what I felt. On top of that, for some strange reason, the opening song "Seven Seas Of Rhye" happens to be my favorite song of Queen from my childhood. There was something about those first lyrics "fear me you lords and lady preachers i descend upon your earth from the skiesi command your very souls you unbelieversbring before me what is mine" that suited the occasion perfectly :D I had a tear rolling down my cheek, followed by many more around WWTLF which is the one song I wanted to hear ever since GNT Soaked... It was indeed like hearing AFL for the first time. ETA: Just saw this image Gelly reposted, it fits perfectly:

Pun intended? I think she means that she wants to hide behind a big rock we had on PF (in case people were throwing rocks). I totally got that, but I felt it was a great coincidence it was two posts after the discussion about Rockbert reviewers asking "where is the rock" and whether ALF should be singing it. Plus, "Runnin'" is kind of rocky, so it worked on so many levels! ;D

But then that's implying that all rock bands lately are super talented and have amazing singers. That isn't the case at all. Not in the context of that article where the guy writes that Adam is the best choice for Queen and a better singer than Freddie. He is seeing Adam as the Rock God he could be if he wanted to in light of his Queen connection, he is really not comparing him to the waste that is modern rock either. I guess he wants him to do classic-rock-inspired music. Unfortunately, that would be a carrier suicide Just my VHO.

Yeah, that's pretty lame. It's amazing how many of these reviewers decide that Adam should be doing rock and must be a label's puppet doing pop. I can sort of understand where they are coming from. Adam is GENIUS when singing rock (or pop, or anything really), but for fans of rock like these reviewers, pop is second rate junk, fast food, unworthy of the attention of a good singer. And looking at the singing "talents" of LFMAO, TBEP and the likes, they might have a point, at least when it comes to pop today. There is also certainly the impression that anyone doing pop music voluntarily must be a sell-out, doing it for the money and fame. They simply cannot imagine that a talent like Adam could actually LOVE pop must or funk and WANT to make that kind of art. So they blame the producers or the label or whomever. The rest of the content regarding Queen's choice was so sweet that I can live with that particular article And as a rock fan, I personally hope I will live long enough to buy a rock-inspired album by AFL some day in the future 8-)
