reading Dr. Bri's comments tells me that there will be other projects. See, they all found performing nirvana and the real SYNERGY is just flowing and flooding and lifting all of them. It is euphoria and they cannot give it up now. For B&R -it is a return to the sensations of "Old Days" , for Adam - it is probably the first time in his life that he is playing with his equals... ... and now that he tasted that - he will not be able to give it up. Same for B&R. - those are my humble thoughts. I completely agree with you BEYOND words! I'll go as far as to say it was MANY SEVERAL years since B&R had that with even Freddie when he was alive, who, IMO phoned it in quite a bit. Let's be honest here. Notwithstanding his "passion" was quite ~different than Adam's. That was my thought when I saw Adam wistfully looking down at the little Trespassing glow stick offered to him from the fan who's Tweet, I believe was posted here something like "See? He loves them". To ME, his face was sort of "wow, my life with Trespassing seems like a million years ago and I sort of miss the little guy and what he might have been to me." (LOL sorta) In all seriousness, though, after watching Adam's face for 3 years that's the vibe I got. Where am I going and wtf kind of blessings I have received. On that note, let's review Skylarvon's EPIC tribute to our Glittery Alien's entry into our planet www.youtube.com/watch?v=kARk9KPXPrE

I have not read the thread --- and this is not based on any comments here. I had an interesting conversation tonight about the performances -- and this is based on that conversation.
Any comments about a note here and there in these Queenbert concerts misses everything about these concerts -- the performance is entire, mostly a connected experience. The music and his voice often just surrounds you.
The Hammy-O is a bit of an odd venue -- the acoustics on the upper level are not good and the sound is being mixed for the center floor -- about 12 people back, center was quite good. Most of the video is being shot from above the speakers -- and the sound will be totally f'ed up.
Judging the performance from these London concerts from "home video" is a waste of time. At best, the ones I listened to are a mere shadow of last night's performance.

To all those who sent me their emails for gifting , I tunes will not let me gift , it will let me buy though so not sure what the problem is. I have done rather a lot this week though, maybe they are on to us , can't think of any other reason. I will send an email to the fund organisers and see if anyone else has had this problem but in the meantime I will keep trying. Thanks for your continued efforts, uggybear. Ha Ha--I have a good friend, very smart, PhD in computer science, who's job it is to somehow (not sure) make sure people aren't running scams with apple products (including, I believe, Itunes activity). I've had a sudden horrifying vision of his seeing my name/email pop up on a list of offenders and thinking WTF!?! :-[ ;D (no idea if he's actually involved in that way though). I keep thinking they are going to come knocking at my door lol I'm not skerred. I have had a reply to my query and other people are having the same problem.

[/IMG] As for the other mess-ups I didn't notice them either. Except for the Another One Bites the Dust one but that was just funny [/IMG] Show was flawless, best of the lot by miles. Dunno how the crowd compared to the others though.
She meant the Kiev show
Oh derp. I can't read I swear. Yeah Kiev was pitchy, but it's still true that I didn't notice any mess-ups in the music there

www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/2/0f6bcf16-cc13-11e1-aac1-00144feabdc0.html#axzz20XxmyBTLJuly 13, 2012 9:06 pm American idol takes on British idol By Ludovic Hunter-Tilney Queen, Hammersmith Apollo, London The last time Queen reunited was with Paul Rodgers as Freddie Mercury’s stand-in. It was dismal. Rodgers, ex-Free and Bad Company frontman, is a hirsute barker of the old school; having him replace Mercury’s flamboyant operatics turned Queen into the meat-and-potatoes blues-rockers that Brian May and Roger Taylor used to be before they met Freddie. More This time round they’ve teamed up with an American Idol runner-up. But don’t flee for the hills just yet – not only is Adam Lambert a far better performer than his television talent show pedigree suggests, he also has some genuinely Mercury-esque qualities, including a dramatic wail of a voice, an outré wardrobe and a bold personality. He’s one of the few “out” gay pop stars in the US. He’s also hot property: his new album debuted at number one in the Billboard charts in May. ... Lambert’s vocals, an extravagant melange of rock, musical theatre and R&B, gave a convincing impression of how a young Freddie Mercury might sound today. “Who Wants to Live Forever” became a punchy, melisma-laden modern power ballad, while the way he brought “I Want to Break Free” to a close – holding the note, arm up, looking around, nodding – bore a genuine echo of the great showman. ...
