I don't understand why my favorite songs are the bonus tracks but they are. The bonus track in Japan (?) I think would work very well on Top 40 Radio. It is sort of like that Gotye track that sounds somewhat Asian in it's use of higher notes and instrumentation. It should be interesting to see what will be the next choice. I hope the Costa Mesa gig gets great reviews.

Check this website out. They interviewed lots of concertgoers before and after the Queen concert. I got interviewed on Saturday night, not sure whether that was the only evening they were there or not. It was the only evening I saw them there. Lots of die hard Queen fans being interviewed. The one on page 2, row 4 number 5 is good. He's already forever associated with Idol. Might as well let it actually work for him for a change. and, he actually mentions Idol quite a bit -- always giving them the credit for where he is today -- ever thankful for the fanbase that exposure gave him. I've never felt that he wants to be removed from his association. It is what it is. That exposure is what brought him to the forefront. Now, the industry needs to accept that these talent shows can actually produce a few outstanding individuals. That may take some time to come. Even Carrie Underwood still gets flak. |
