[High-fives you] I make my kid write/draw thank-you notes too....and then we put a STAMP on them and we MAIL them!! #oldfogeyatheart Thank you notes for gifts are appropriate. Thank you notes for playing a song? really not appropriate and actually kind of silly. Can you imagine how much junk mail a radio station would get if they got a thank you for everytime they played a song? Well, maybe it depends on the radio station. At 94.7, Tommy McFly OFTEN retweets song thank-yous (particularly the funny ones), so at least one station apparently appreciates it!

I guess I must be the only parent whose child sends thank you notes (that she writes herself and draws pictures on) and emails. Perhaps sending a thank you might just peg you as an individual with manners. : [High-fives you] I make my kid write/draw thank-you notes too....and then we put a STAMP on them and we MAIL them!! #oldfogeyatheart [High-fives you back]

I have been wanting to ask this for a while and this seems like the perfect opportunity. I have been sort of barely skimming the threads since Moscow because, as many of you know, internet access in London was spotty plus I was trying to keep up with two twenty year-olds who wanted to see everything. Suffice it to say, I have had my feet up for the last few days since getting back and trying to catch up. Anyway, I did not see the awesomeness of the Dragon Attack jacket until the first night at Hammersmith. I have gleaned that it was another Blonde's jacket but where did it first show up and how did it get there? Apparently from the tweet above, it is going back to its original home (Adam is fierce in that jacket) ... but is there a story behind it? Please dish.

For example: This is a series of tweets Tommy sent this morning (read bottom up): RespectTheGB þ@RespectTheGB @tommymcfly @947freshfm @adamlambert Thank you Tommy. Nothing like Never Close Our Eyes with my coffee #WarningSetCupDownFirstThough Retweeted by Tommy McFLY Tommy McFLY þ@TommyMcFLY GOOD MORNIN' #GLAMBERTS -- Never Close Our Eyes in 2 minutes @947freshfm @adamlambert
