re: the kiss vs the abuse "controversy." Do you mean to say, holst, that the news is slanted? That writers and broadcasters report in such a way to influence viewers/readers opinions rather than to report news?  Next you're gonna tell me that the Easter Bunny ain't real. Damn! I think that the whole comparison thing between CB and Adam and ABC is manufactured. Two very different issues. I also believe that it all comes down to ratings --- watching, reading about some celebrity going BSC (a la Charlie Sheen) is "great entertainment" sure to draw in readers/viewers. That's the bottom line. However, the fact that Adam is being mentioned, and mentioned as the "good guy" in these comments is great PR for him. So, thanks, CB and ABC. |

Great points, Cassie re: ABC...only thing I would add is that although CB and Adam's ban seem like very different issues, they do converge in the bigger debate about our culture's fear of sex vs. glorification of violence. One of the many US issues that we fail on (like social programs = handouts, while corporate tax breaks (welfare for the rich) = good business.) But I don't even want to think about this OT sad-making stuff today, because IT"S FRIDAY and IT"S SPRINGTIME! So, yeah, Adam's positive mentions in the press = #WINNING!
And 4MS, love the Bowie baby garb! I wonder if Zowie Bowie has kids--and if they wore something like this with grandpa on it!?

HaHa, NoAngel...I wish BSC Adam-Stanning were a legitimate SKILL! Thank the goddess, "What are your hobbies" is no longer a standard interview question! What could I say? Still waiting to see evidence of Adam in someone's office--would be kismet!
