Hi everyone! I was there last night, and was lucky enough to be right next to the stage for the first time. Ummm - wow! From where I was (right side of stage) the sound wasn't perfect - I could at times hear the girls more than I could Adam. But he was amazing! I am COMPLETELY in love with Pop That Lock - partly because he sang it RIGHT TO ME! I know you're chuckling, but I swear he was. LOL. Oh, and I got to see the ginger chest hair and gorgeous eyes up thisclose. Gah! :wub:
I thought he was super fun and goofy, and as always a crazy-ass-great performer.
Favorite moment? Werk Bitch.
My only disappointment?
Baggy pants. :(

I had a great time at the concert last night. I enjoyed meeting several members of this forum and chatting before the concert. I thought that Adam's energy level was great and that he owned the stage with his moves and confidence. The back up singers allow him to improvise which he loves to do. You can't change things up much with backing tracks. I agree with mys*&@^#r that the sound mix was the best I have heard at an Adam concert. The banks of colored lights behind him really added to the performance. I think that when people are constantly talking about the occasional perceived off key moment of the back up singers or something else that was not perfect it just increases the negativity on this forum. I think that is why we have lost many fun posters like Chunky.Actually I think the very opposite. The only negativity I see are posters complaining about negativity. People (okay..me) are afraid to post anything which might be construed as negative even though WE ALL KNOW THAT ANY MEMBER HERE ADORES AND SUPPORTS ADAM FUCKING LAMBERT. Fun is not restricted to puppies and rainbows. :-/ So adam hits a few (very few) bum notes. Who cares? Don't know why we can't mention it. Me too afraid to post anything which might be construed as negative, though just like anybody else in here we love him otherwise why would we spend most of our time here. But I'm not saying anything now if I don't like his riff or melisma ..  |

Lamberlust said that he was going to be streaming Oh, thank you!! I thought he is at Fantasy Spring today, because he tweeted pictures from the resort. But nice to know, hopefully it will be better than last night. lol. But thankful for anything we can get. |

Finally checking in and getting caught up ... I see there are some upset people here. I want to apologize for my comment last night about Adam not taking his coat off because he 'must have a bad body image (as he's often said about himself) and doesn't realized how hot he looks in a tank top.' I know this garnered a few 'don't be negative' comments. He was complaining about it being so hot and sticky that he had to take his shoes off ... I thought this was a reasonable suggestion. I'm so very sorry, I didn't mean to upset anyone. I haven't read your post yet, and who knows about anyone's body image, but I do think that part of the reason Adam doesn't take off his jackets is that he likes the fashion statement he is making; he knows people are taking vids/pics that will be all over the Internet, and he doesn't want to ruin the outfit.  |

I find twitter confusing. I think this says that LAMBERTLUST will not be doing a live stream tonight. He will live stream tomorrow at FS.
