Laughing at myself. Every time I go to watch a posted vid, it seems to start off with, "Are you having fun?!" and all I want to do is a jello shot but it doesn't seem like a good idea at 10:30 am. I hope the game only applies to livestreams. ;D During regular vid watching, yer allowed un-liquored jello only.

Hoppers, sent you a PM. No need to respond, just wanted to make sure you got it. Sorry - been horrible about e-mail lately. Read it. ETA: Sorry to everyone I haven't responded to yet.

LOL Seriously tho, at this point I would think something was wrong if he didn't ask "Are you having fun" at least 3 times during a concert. I am starting to love it! It's like his special sauce. I still think the fans should decided when in one of Adam's concerts they should surprise him and, in unison, shout "Adam are you having fun"?! I think he'd get a kick out of it. ;D Love it! Like a quick little verbal flash mob.

They could rehearse more songs! Adam has several songs he hasn't done yet off of TSP and he could bring back a couple of other songs from FYE. He could also throw a couple of new covers in the set. Almost every artist does at least a cover or two in their concert sets. The TSP tour is going to need to be longer than one hour. Adam has two albums out now and a wide choice of genres to choose cover songs from. He can sing anything! Even in the Queen concerts, Adam had plenty of breaks. He needs them. :dunno: Not saying anything about the breaks! Most artists have them in their shows that go for 90 minutes to two hours, or even longer. My comment was about the overall length of the set, including breaks. The TSP tour should be longer than one hour. (with breaks included)

Well that's a relief. It will keep me from toppling over as I practice walking around in my Ashley D. heels! *snort* Really that is my birkenstocks but I would topple over anyway.

Since Adam has hardly been in LA for the better part of the last couple months, rehearsal time has been very limited. I'm still confused about how he is still standing after returning from UK. I mean, really--jet lagged and all while performing 3 concerts in one week in different locations?!

Idol is doing 2 new audition procedures this year, which make it sound like the judges rounds might start a bit later than last year. Last year, first judges round was 8/17. This year looks like it may not be until Sept. Of course, since Adam will be in Japan and Oz the second half of August, this works out perfetcly for his schedule! ;D
ETA: Just checked S10 Idol facts & that yr (new judges) started 9/18. A full month later than S11.

If Adam adds dancers to his Trespassing tour (whenever that may be), then he could have the needed breaks/interludes for costume change and brief rest - same as he did in GNT. I think with all these one-offs he's doing now, he can experiment with what works and what not might work so well. He can also get audience and fan feedback on what works. One surprising thing that worked for me was having the back-up singers as back-up dancers in "Pop That Lock" - I thought that was a masterful touch.
