So you don't think they could have any influence at all? Not even a teeny, tiny bit?  No, I don't. Nigel and Simon are also under contract with FOX. Yes, but usually there is a chain of command. The FOX chairman says make money, the director of programming says keep Idol, The variety show manager says ok the producers are....., the producers/creators say let's hire so and so. It might be different because Idol is so huge but FOX itself doesn't get involved in the hiring of every program. |

I was so looking forward to seeing Adam for the first time ASAP. I understand it is perfect for all Americans but not for me at all. |
