I would add to the must have list, Adam's performance of BTIKM on Jay Leno. Why? It was his first live performance of a song from his sophomore album. You can see his nerves. He got up there, he sung the fuck out of that song and the audience rewarded him with love. Not to mention he looked spectacular! I have the video, which I downloaded the day of or morning after the performance on my hard drive. I am grateful I downloaded it as NBC took down the video faster than was really necessary. I would share it, but I don't know how to share it. Plus, I don't really want to get into trouble with the powers that be. Honestly, I love any performance I have seen of Adam's where he gets on the stage, sings his heart out and gets off the state with little fuss or muss. Think "Heaven on Their Minds" or the EMA performance with Queen. Those performances are all business, intense and fierce. Love them! Also, thank you all for the birthday wishes on Tuesday. I appreciate it! It is nice to be recognized for simply being born. I turned 48 and a friend mistakenly thought it was my 50th. She gifted me with book of activities for a 50 year old and a magnifying glass with a built in light (that will actually come in handy). I thought it was hilarious! Guess I get to 'practice' being 50 before it really happens. Oh a great Must Have nomination!! Thanks! |

Here's my contribution to the "Must Have" collection, and it took me forever to find this. Also, I realize this will be unpopular with some of yall here, but D A M N N N N how I would love to see Adam in a romantic role opposite a woman, would def be one of my all time "to die for" moments, just to see Adam and be able to fantasize about it all. This vid gets me all kinds of giddy and send tingles down my spine, my whole body, really...................... I do love Adam just the way he is, and being gay is a huge part of who he is and it makes him such a sexy and facinating and lovable MF, and I wouldn't change him for anything. Still, I would love love love to see him in a hot sexy scene with some beautiful girl. Not for me though since I would know so vividly it is wrong. AND he has said he wants to be himself, so playing a romatic role would feel somehow false to me even with a man, even though better than with a woman. Conlusion: I just want him to sing and present the mood of the song and his own state of mind . |
