Does anyone know -- can Sauli spell? Because I think non-spellers find spellers to mate up with. I am a non-speller married to a spelling bee winner and brilliant man. Our son, unfortunately cannot spell.  I won! This question was in yesterday's thread. I don't know if Sauli has any actual spelling disorder (at least I haven't heard of one), but there are quite a lot of typos and strange spellings in his blogs. Even whole sentences can be sort of mixed up - and that's what you can sometimes see in the translations, as well, since even though we try to make the text at least understandable, we try to keep it also close to the original! ;D So, I don't know if it's carelessness or just his way or writing, or if there's something else behind it. |

Halp me! I've been angsting a little bit this week. That Upcoming Events section is so pathetic! What is going on? There must be something else scheduled this fall for Adam????
Can anyone explain to me why he isn't doing more album promo in Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, etc. etc - seems like he did much more with his debut album than he's doing this time.
I know the time isn't right to expect a tour announcement, but I thought the press release said they were going to be taking time to promote the album? I know Adam worked really hard at radio station visits all over the US for the first half of this year, but the 2nd half schedule looks very light. I sure hope there are things planned..............
Maybe with the next single, they will ramp up with some promo, do you guys think?

Regarding the spelling question -- I am a very good speller (English major in college) and had a long-term boyfriend who was a newspaper reporter and quite brilliant -- but he couldn't spell well at all. I think like intellects tend to unite, but maybe they can spell and maybe they can't. From Sauli's Fault article, I think he and Adam have very similar intellects, and they seem to share some other traits (bad spelling) as well! Luckily they can understand each other without words... :wub: |
