Catz, I loved your story and can't wait to read the sequel! I appreciate how detailed it is, if you could keep it that way, that'd be great. So, 'speak slowly and enunciate', please :D
And you mentioned only one of my favourite movies of all time, the Piano. It was directed by Jane Campion, who does an amazing job portraying interesting, true-to-life, strong female characters, like she did with Holly Hunter in the Piano, Nicole Kidman in the Portrait of a Lady ( one of rare cases where the film is as good as the book, if not better ), or Meg Ryan ( I know :( , but she's awesome in this movie, Jane literally transformed her) in In the Cut - if you missed any of these movies, I strongly recommend them. Campion, like Adam, is also very much underappreciated, is it because she's a woman in the film directors' world dominated by men, it beats me, but I think that might be the case.
I plead guilty of not giving a chance to that NCOE remix, my head is so in the third single space right now. But since the song's doing well on that dance chart, maybe the remix is a great idea at the moment.

Catz, thank you for your interesting recap of the first part of your Queenbert-journey! I enjoyed reading it and seeing all your pics and I'm looking forward to reading the next parts of all the other places you've been! (And I love the Hongkong-boots and I think they would totally fit Adam and he would love them, too!)

Catz Thanks so much for sharing your adventure of a lifetime with us. I can't wait to read more. Please feed us lots and lots of details. It was indeed a treat meeting you in London. Wish we had had more time to hang out. I've always wanted to visit New Zealand and with you as an inspiration, perhaps I'll venture a visit to that glorious part of the world.

[/IMG] (And I love the Hongkong-boots and I think they would totally fit Adam and he would love them, too!)
Hong Kong Boots: but what what of the material? Wood is in style but would not fit. solid gold would be overdone IMO ... threaded fabric with gold???? (ETA: I mean slim fabric strands threaded with silver covering the wedge) ETA: Or the whole thing in silver.
