I truly am glad so many of you saw it as simply praise.

IDK if it means anything but in the Australian interview she mentioned that she saw on twitter that Adam recommended Chokehold for 50 shades of gray. Maybe the interview was taped around July 27: twitter.com/adamlambert/status/228918621731188736Before his perf. at Winstar ... Or maybe the tweet is just something that stuck in her mind and she wanted to bring it up? Who knows. Basically, I think it's between Nick Jonas and Adam for the "pop voice" on the panel (that is if Adam is truly being considered---I am so confused right now.) The only thing left giving me some hope at the moment is that statement Adam made at one of his concerts about being back in the area again soon. Anybody know where to find this? If Adam is selected I think it would be in place of Stephen Tyler.. rock. IMHO there will be 4 judges.. pop, country rock.rap If Adam was never contacted .. that's a bit of a negative..

The GRAMMYs @thegrammys PHOTO OF THE DAY: @adamlambert goes blonde for his performance at the 2012 United States of Odaiba concert in Tokyo grm.my/NmMWNv Adam Lambert goes blond for his performance at the 2012 United States of Odaiba concert on Aug. 15 in Tokyo This seems like an official Grammys account. Do they normally do that, tweet such stuff about artists? This doesn't mean anything, does it?

I truly am glad so many of you saw it as simply praise. You realize that BrianMayCom has a web mistress and Brian does not post or tweet out all the stuff that comes out of there? That put aside, I thought the reveiw was a little weird, in the editing. But I found it over all positive too. I thought the term meant that his voice could go as high as a castro could.

He said it at the OK winstar concert. Mariey can be the pop judge. It is possible idol still identifies him as a rocker, and he can fill that seat?

In recent times, gay men have been likened to women--ie, unmanly, effeminate, etc. Calling a gay male a "castrato" is not simply using a musical term, but an insult, esp given our misogyny; I doubt that anyone ever described Matt Bellamy, who sings as high as Adam, but is straight, as a "castrato." Having said that, it was a great review outside of that reference. I can't blame Queen for linking to it. Why would it be bad to be effeminate? I mean, Adam is not, but as such it is not an insult me. There are many kind on people: effeminate, masculine, androgyne, gays, straight, men, women, something in between...All is good!
ITA, and this is the perfect time to plug Husbands again! This is exactly the issue they're discussing here.
I think some here may be taking the "trending on Twitter" thing far too seriously. It's not as if anyone is advocating going to Nigel's house with picket signs. It's just a fun little thing that people do to express interest in something. The Powers That Be can easily choose to ignore it or they can take notice that there is interest. It's not embarrassing and it's not hurtful. Certainly no one has to join in if they don't want to.

Just reread that review. That entire paragrpah is comparing Freddie's Live tenor voice, with Adam's live voice ( hitting all the notes that Freddie couldn't.) Adam's voice clearly wins the comparison in this review.
