Pretty soon there won't be anything on TV but reality talent shows. I'm so sick of them ,I can't even
watch SYTYCD which was one of my very favorite shows.
If Adam doesn't get the Idol GIG ,I think i will finally go back to reading.

Even in just a T-Shirt and jeans he looks like a photomodel... way too gorgeous ;D He looks so healthy and husky and yummy and, and.... maybe it's the sleeve length on his T shirt...I love that part of a man's arm. Adam's worn that style a few times and I always think how well it suits him. ;D Me too!!!! #TeamArms

I have no idea if that Hollywood blog is credible. My gut tells me "no." If it was Lyndsey or Shirley or Ann, different story. But, I can totally see Mariah as part of the approval process. Her reputation as a diva is legendary. Yup. But isn't that why they flew everybody in at the same time (and as we know, Adam does not need to fly to get to Hollywood or at least in that week he was actually there). They wanted to see how this chemistry thing would work out. And once that week was over, from then on NJ was milking the story and Adam was silent. Make of that what you want. Also, that interview in Sacramento or wherever it was, where Adam reacted so astonished to the news that supposedly the idol chapter was closed for him and where he said 'it could happen', that interview was after that week that he spent in LA being unaccounted for. In fact, I have always wondered whether the original intent was to tie in UK promotion with Sonisphere/Hammersmith and then move on with international promotion after that. All that got suddenly cut short. He needed to all of a sudden be back in LA, then do these one-off concerts (why) and then do Japan and a absurdly short mini-visit to Australia and then break all that off suddenly and return for unknown 'stuff' in the US. Does that itinerary make any sense whatsoever, if you wouldn't roll the potential AI story into there? Not how you would do that promotion without any other constraints. In fact, I would not be surprised, if DMG created these 3 one off concert promotional opportunities for Adam to make Adam's return to the US plausible and obviously to fill his calendar, once the week for 'back home in Hollywood' itself was well established. We are all guessing.... Thunderstorms in the morning and sunshine in the afternoon, here btw. Lovely evening!

I hate the idea of Nick Jonas on the panel with or without Adam. But, it would not surprise me at all. My daughter is watching Camp Rock on the Disney channel right this very minute. Oh, I agree! I've already gone back to reading. I have 700 more pages to go in "A Dance with Dragons" I read somewhere that the tide of Reality Shows is slowing down and they are starting to put more sitcoms back into production. More residuals.

The audience today was pretty amazing, not only did they have sunflowers which is a joyful version of yellow and black, but they also all could do the Trespassing clap. The US audiences are going to have to step it up or stomp it up as the case may be. No comment about the cautionary bananas.

I still am not getting the Nick Jonas as judge concept. Fans didn't jump on it. The media was meh. And the Jonas' are all very 2007.
The FOX execs will look at the audience they want to attract and the chemistry. Nick and Adam are very different, from fanbase to genre to style. The only thing they have in common is they are white men.
I expect to see Mariah and guys -- one who is a producer/industry person, and 1 or 2 performers.
I do not think that Mariah gets a say but she is a very gay-friendly artist. So if she does have a say, that could be a plus for Adam's favor.

There are 3 choices about today's interview: 1. Adam was lying and he is not talking to Idol. 2. Adam was lying and is talked to Idol and got it and was lying 3. Adam was telling the truth, he hasn't heard yet. It is still possible. I go with #3. Adam rarely lies and he said they would be the first to know when he found out. Even on the rare times he has lied -- like Queen -- he never promised something he could not deliverl I still have mixed feeling about this but if they hire Nick Jonas as the "kid" judge, I am not sure I wan Adam playing the role of rock judge. Also, seems like there are too many people still. Nick, Pharrell, Brad, Alinas, Adam, and Mariah? And I'm sure there are more. Did I miss anyone who is still hanging. (Diddy said not him. If they get Pharrel, Randy is out.) Adam is the only one who has any connection to rock music. The country news who reported about Brad also said that Fox in talks with other country stars

Can someone point me to this Australian interview where Adam sighs about Idol please. It is not really a sigh in a negative way -- more like a noise doing a pause while he thinks about the rest of his response. Here it is. Starts at 25:00 soundcloud.com/lanka-lambert/adam-was-on-the-kyle-and
