Nicki Minaj said on her twitter her fans will spaz when they see why she's canceling the tour. I just find it incredibly hard to believe she means American Idol a dying show that attracts an audience of 50+ year old women. I can't see her fans being excited about it and I can't see why she would want to do it. Katy Perry turned it down. American Idol outside the American Idol hard core fan bubble is considered way uncool. I can see Mariah a fading past star doing it and the same with Jonas a yesterday's news. I can see someone from the show like Kelly or Adam doing it because that is their roots but to a current rap artist I can't thinking of anything more uncool than American Idol. The same reason why a lot of Adam fans want to see him on Idol, because fans can see her every week and maybe get her perform a couple of times and more publicity for her. {like she needs more of it} |

Damage vocal cord?? Does she actually sing with high notes that cause damage vocal cord?? Or she just make it an excuse to cancel all her tour for "other secret" job. I'm being ignorang about the rap things. I guess she needs a vocal coach to rap correctly, so she wont damage it again.  |

I see all the assumptions that NM has AI. Did people read this and what do you think? Does "spazz" mean a good thing or a bad thing? I also feel like there are lots of assumptions being made today on Atop about AI, including how bad Adam will feel since he was almost signed and remarks about his management. We don't even know if he was contacted for sure. The first rumor we heard was that an AI source said his name was being talked about. We don't really know anything except that Mariah is a judge. Yes, it's fun to speculate, but some people are making statements about rumors as if they have become facts. Breathe deeply.  |

Yeah!!! Go Adam and band!!! Love that he said in the interview that he wants to focus more on being with the band, being a member, this time round. What a fabulous performance.
