[/IMG]
Hmmm, perhaps I should climb down from the grassy knoll ;D I was thinking they were talking about having said too much about Adam/AI and were fearful of fouling up the deal by violating confidentiality before the green light. Stepping away from the koolaid now.

Yes, MWP! Idol really pulled off getting an amazing panel! And they have the only show that can showcase a successful contestant as a judge! Win, win, win!! OMG, his PR package will be amazing! What do you have in mind? I don't watch Idol, nor follow what they do. Give me some clues so I can start dreaming :-)

If it's the most popular show in a country of 1.3 billion people, how many people watch it approx.? (pop quiz . Will 30% of the population's unrealistic? Yes, way too high. The record highest rated program in China was in the 1980's - Follow Me! a BBC beginner's English program -- and it had a nightly audience around 350 million. Since then, Chinese TV has offered many more options for viewers and these kind of numbers have not been duplicated. In China, anything over 100 million (happens for a big event shows) is amazing. In 2007 an NBA basketball game got close to 200 million viewers: www.cbssports.com/nba/story/10460596

Are they going to do a lot of PR in Sept, too? What kind, TV or radio or printed stuff ?

And talk about bringing the pretty! ;D When Mariah Carey is the least beautiful person on your judging panel, then you know you've got some eye-candy lined up! This will would easily be the hottest panel on TV (if it happens) . eta: edited with regards to Q3's realism ;D

What kind, TV or radio or printed stuff ? Yes, the PR videos will be in January. There will be a lot of press this fall. There have constantly been pics of the XF judges arriving in every audition city!
