You actually think the organizers announced Adam this late so Glamberts would not be there! That is a pretty wild assumption! It is more likely that tickets for Taryn Manning and Sat. Night weren't selling ( only night not sold out) and they were able to get Adam at the last minute. Yep, I do think this. Adam's team knows that Glamberts will grab tickets for anything he does, and they do it quickly. This is an opportunity to play for an entirely different crowd. Keeping it under wraps just makes sense. The organizers of this event, probably don't give a fuck about who attends as long as they are paying and in the party rave mood. I am not saying Glamberts should go, I think just the opposite. If this not something you would normally go to, then this shouldn't be the first one to attend. But to assume Adam's "team" (who probably had nothing to do with ticket sales) purposely did this is well, ... IMO, that's a lot of assumptions. BTW, there are lots of So Cal Glamberts that are young, edgy, and gay/lesbian who I am sure will not only go but will fit right in. The organizers probably won't even be able to tell they are there! |

Thanks to all that answered this but it seems Sauli may be a better actor than Adam. He's not giving anything away. 8-) Back to the angsting and speculating. Seriously, for the first time in my life I am a fan of an artist whose fandom must step back and avoiding certain events because they not "fit in" and they will ridicule this artist in someones eyes. IMHO this is insane.

Well my twitter feed has been highly entertaining this afternoon! ;D
I think we're all in agreement (at least the SANE ones of us) that this is an event that we should NOT attend unless we're young & male & gay. It's a friggin' gay rave party folks! Gonna be loads of fun for the boys!
Unfortunately there are a few female fans who already have tickets & will be there trying desperately to fit into the crowd & probably standing out like giraffes in a chicken farm. (I'm sure Seoulmate can come up with an appropriate gif for that image.)
And we gotta remember - Adam is a PERFORMER at this gig, so he won't be out in the crowd half-nekkid trying to hook up with anyone. The half-nekkid part would be nice but I think we all know better. This will be a fun show for him & he'll get to hang out with his club crowd. And maybe his album will climb up the dance club charts & get even more attention. Win Win! Mashed Potatoes all round! :Clap:
