Well, I would like to speculate as to when and if UK press will pick up on Adam's tweet about jerking off to Queer as Folk (UK version) any takers? Hahaha , btw , this just shows how "filter-less" Adam is , lol . He tells us everything !!!!!! I feel so blessed , lol . By the way , what is Queer as folk ?? (I suppose it's porn?) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queer_as_Folk_(UK_TV_series)TV series. I've never seen the US version but the UK one was really good - quite explicit, especially for the time (13 years ago). Too slow as usual - revlisacat beat me to it!

8-) We need to redefine this whole masculine feminine thing. Men deserve to have fun. These pants are sexy and fun. We who are women are very lucky to be so much less restricted in our fashion choices and I think it is a good thing that restrictions placed on men are lessening sloooooowwwwwlllllyyyy.... TotaIly unPC, but I don't know why anyone would want to wear those black lace leggings in public that look like a "working" girl standing on the street corner. :-/

I've never had a thing about freckles before, but Adam with freckles? Love it! It somehow makes him look less "perfectly fierce" and more human in an "awwwwwwwwww how cute" sort of way.

Maybe Idol would get better talent auditioning if these contracts were less risky for the contestants. They way it is now, they mostly get people who have no other career opportunities in music. That's not true. They get lots of very talented people auditioning, thousands. It's just that they are casting a show and they pick and choose who they put through, even at the first level of the arena auditions. I have a friend who auditioned and she said there was no rhyme or reason, that she could tell, to who made it to the next round. Adam even stated he wasn't sure if he would get through because at Hollywood week, there was another guy similar to him. So, he was never sure. IMO, the past 2 years have beeen filled with amazing talent. No one as great as Adam, but he is one of kind. I don't think the best person has won, either year, but to say there was little talent is doing a great injustice to these kids. Seems I chose the wrong words. By "better talent" I meant more experienced talent. All of the contestants that have made it though are really good singers. But few have the stage presence or presentation skills to keep a fickle public wowed for very long. It was a novel idea to use very inexperienced contestants when Idol first started, but now people are wanting more, especially now that there are a number of other singing contests on TV. Idol has gotten a lot of flack for being a glorified "karaoke" contest which makes it harder for people coming off the show to make it in the business. Bringing in some more experienced talent could help change this impression and add more spice to the show. But with the current contractual rules, this is not as likely to happen.

That is a good game junie....albeit the choices would change regularly I am sure...depending on the mood....
* What was the first song you ever bought? I am not sure I bought this as I was too young when it was out but I LOOOOOVVVEEEDD IT...plugged every jukebox with every nickel I could find: Elvis: Jailhouse Rock...
* What song always gets you dancing? I want that Old time Rock and Roll; You can leave your hat on; Fever; Shady
* What song takes you back to your childhood? You belong to me......was a hit when I was a child and mom played it a lot...and both parents used to break into song regularly with 'kiss me goodnight sergeant major...' or White cliffs of Dover...
* What is your perfect love song? hmmmm....Unchained Melody or perhaps Solo Saxophone from Miss Saigon
* What song would you want at your funeral? "I am woman....watch me roar...if I had the least hint of the religious in me, I would want "Bring her[him] home...from Les Miz...sung very loud, by Colm Wilkinson
* Time for an encore. One last song that makes you, you. This is the hardest of all as it is the one most often changing....probably closest and certainly the one my kids and friends would identify is "I am Woman...hear me roar...'

It looks like Enrique is tied up for a week during the week of Sept 16th-21st. What worries me is the fact that Jlo continues on with her tour in October and November in Europe and other parts of the world, and Enrique is no longer listed with her. This concert tour has been a very successful pairing, it might mean that Enrique is "busy" for the rest of the year. Shirley could be right about him. :( Looking at Nicki's schedule, she still has tour dates listed at the first of October- are those the ones she cancelled? Also, how is she going to do an overseas tour from the middle of October through the first week of December? Once the audition city callbacks are over, they then have Vegas week and Hollywood week. Her schedule looks like a problem in the next couple of months: www.songkick.com/search?page=1&per_page=10&query=nicki+minaj&type=upcomingETA: After checking, it looks like Hollywood We0ek is sometime in the middle of December. I think Vegas Week is usually in January or the first part of February, so Nicki's schedule would work. How reliable is this Songkick site? I checked Enrique's official site and found no concert on Sept 18 as listed on Songkick: www.enriqueiglesias.com/events/event/listFeatured . If his site is more reliable, his concerts all fall on weekends which I think may not require cancellation. (can someone confirm please). If cancellation is required, and if the announcement will be made next week, he has only 2 concerts to cancel, not a big deal, I guess. Re Nicki, all her Sep and early Oct concerts are cancelled, she resumes them around Oct 14-15.

(I suppose it's porn?)Actually, Queer as Folk was a gay soap opera that had 2 seasons plus a finale on UK TV, then was recreated as a show for 5 seasons on Showtime. Not porn, but has some pretty graphic sex scenes which are hot. I have both the UK and American versions on DVD (although I'm not so sure I should admit to it...LOL). I love both versions and they were considered ground-breaking in that they looked at the lives of people in the gay community in a way not seen before. You can rent the videos anywhere (well, in most places). Oh !!   I understand . Well I would surely like to see that show . Thank you lovelies for explaining it to me .
