Latin men are not just flirty, they are known to be very "flexible". And that's my final word on this subject.
I think I might just know what you mean. One of my good friends is Hispanic and a Latin Dance instructor, let's just say he fits the bill, but he told me once that he could NEVER be anything but a straight man to his family. 'cuz homosexuality is still such a taboo in his culture and he would be disowned by his family, for sure; however, so long as you're married, a little bendy flirty can be swept under the carpet, though.
ETA: still catching up the thread, skimming thru backwards...interesting discussions we've had here.

Regarding those at Burning Man -- there is very little internet connection there and really no cell contact. Those of us planning on going had some discussion about that and how to communicate with the outside world. There are a couple of places that have internet access, but that is pretty much it. For cell access you need to go to the neighboring town, which can take quite a while.
That said, there have been a couple of brief messages from a couple of our folks. It turns out our camp, WOW, is located next to a camp called Dark Sparkle and across from some belly dancers. Whoo-ha! It's also close to the medical tent where Momtomany is stationed (we requested a location close to her). It sounds like everyone who has communicated is having fun!
