So who will fill in the fourth judging spot? We have been told that Kayne West is out of the running and Nick Jonas probably will not take on the fourth chair as well. Someone very likely to take the spot is Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe, who may take over the reigns as the "British judge." Luckily he has plenty of practice as a judge from his work on So You Think You Can Dance. What we do know is that the fourth judge is definitely a wild card.

ADAM LAMBERT ON LOOP - CH 11 - Live Lounge Show I've been enjoying the LIVE LOUNGE show that aired on OZ TV this morning, a fun and "young" production that enhances my very vivid memories of seeing the show in person. So far I can't see anyone has uploaded the show, so I filmed a couple of my favourite parts direct from the TV and loaded them to YouTube for you guys and gals… 1. Adam talking about choosing to cover "is it Love" - ( be warned that there is only the opening of the song then it stops abruptly) … I'm not a very good videographer !! youtu.be/HPK3FS-BfzQ2. Adam talking about and performing Cuckoo : I laughed when the F**K was muted out, as live this part was the loudest, and we all sang the word with extra gusto. Adam had so much crazy fun with this song and he really connected with the whole crowd ... I loved how he and Brian pushed Tommy in the beginning... I loved how Brian was so good as back up singer and throws his whole body into playing the song... I loved how even Ashley cracked a smile near the end.. and the crowd was a lot noisier than you can hear on the show. youtu.be/duJVCacOhkkI hope someone will be putting up a high quality copy of the whole show soon, as the each song is a unique performance (do we expect anything less from Adam !!) and the editing and production were top quality. Oh, AleksandraKv how truly lovely, What a beautiful piece of poetry. Thank you so much for your gift.
Etc, etc, etc - yes, very much yes. And how much of himself he has shared with us - it is quite astonishing and brave. And that he wants to, wants that connection, that "you inside of me, what a beautiful release, Adam", who must also exist, think twice in the cold, sober light of reality and superego "mom".
When you love someone, the reasons why flow so easily. It feels to me that it didn't take you long to describe him in this way.

As we come closer to the end of the Idol mystery I've been thinking a lot about my role as a fan. IF Adam DOESN'T get the judge position, here is my pledge:
I will recognize that it was an honor to just be on the list of those considered for the highest exposure gig on tv.
I will not whine all over the internet and twitterverse--'cause that is sure not what Adam needs or wants.
I will not be all over his butt (or his team's) about what is next because I know they are working hard to sell him to a tough market.
I will remember all he has accomplished in a short time.
I will love him no matter if the world joins me or not.
I will remember that music and performance are in his soul and he will never stop singing.
I will be happy, as will he, as long as he has that.
That being said, I am still on team #ibelieve!...but I am not out of touch with reality.

I got up just on time to watch Take 40 Lounge this morning and relived the precious moment. It's not as good as LIVE of course, but I was so happy that I could watch and listen to Adam on my TV. Is This Love was just as lovely as ever With all the guessing game going on lately, I decided to re-watch Adam's interviews and performances in Australia, Japan and of course with Queen and just finished. His voice gave me a sense of calm. His performances showed pure joy. I sure hope he could get AI because I believe it's a win-win situation and even it's not, he could and will make it a win-win situation. But, even if he didn't get it, HE WILL BE ICONIC ONE DAY FOR SURE. I HAVE FAITH IN HIM AND I HAVE FAITH IN MUSIC |
