Adam wants to be a pop star. For that, he needs to sell. An album that will be lucky if it sells gold internationally+domestically (I know gold is given per nation) is not a success. Two songs that failed to sell or chart are not successes. This era has been troubling all along. I'm not troubled...pop star in this era with a dying recording industry,is very difficult. Either music is downloaded for free or many singers are practically giving their music away.This to attract people to their concerts,where money can be made. It takes time to build a career ,especially if you don't fit the popular singing mold of today.. Only a couple of singers like Adele,etc. have broken that mold. Adam ,IMHO needs that special song,that definitive song,that defines him,that catches people, sometimes that song comes once in a life time. I don't want him to join the long list of idol hopefuls who had one successful album, a troubled second era, then a label drop. Again, no excuses here. Adam wants pop success, not alt/indie success. HE MUST SELL for that to come true. |

Adam is an International star. His songs are doing very well outside of US. Just saying I would love for this to be true, but this era is nothing like the last era internationally.  Define doing well, because the iTunes charts outside of the US don't really match up with my definition of doing well. :( The radio charts |

Just saying Yes they are . if we are talking about idol alums adam lambert , kelly clarckson are the only ones played here . oh , and Kelly , they only play "mr know it all" and "stronger" , but for Adam , they play fye , wwfm , tfm , btikm , ncoe . (I'm talking about music videos , not radio , cause in radio they only play arabic music , and right now , they are not even playing music anymore , they are just talking about the explosions that are happening . and another thing : Adam lambert (although not much) but I'v seen his videos in mtv arabia , but I've never seen a JB video in mtv arabia . just saying . oh and teddybear ?? I've ever ever EVER thought you would make a comment like that . a positive comment from you means the situation is truly good and that there's no reason to angst . :4OMG: :4OMG: |

I'm sure of it as I'm sure of breathing . Adam is gonna make it . he made a LOT in the past TREE YEARS ,it took him only three years to top BB , sing with queen , get a grammy nom , tour worldwide at sold out arenas , be recognized here in Syria ... etc , etc , this is just the beggining , adam said so , he has a plan , I'm sure of it . |

Adam's voice is LIVE when there backing tracks!
For FYE, I liked every single song better live than on the CD. For this era there is one that has yet to measure up, for me, and that is Shady, even though it is one of my Top 3 favorites on the album :-/
