So, Adam went to a gay bar last night. This is news? He's been doing that for ten years. If he has to homogenize and sanitize his image to the point of changing his lifestyle in order to be on Idol, then Idol is NOT for him. Should he stop appearing in public with his partner, too? Or is that acceptable, the "right kind of gay" for the mainstream? I'm glad to read that he is out, having fun, hanging with his boys, and is still able to do that despite being a celebrity. I was listening to a record on an old turntable today, watching the needle go round and round and round in its grooves, and thought about how worry can sometimes be like that if we allow it to just keep going and going without ever changing over to a new tune.
If you are stuck in a worry groove, think of everything you have learned about Adam and trust that he is okay.
You can.
You know you can trust Adam to deal with both setbacks and successes and to keep them both in balance. And you know there have been many career triumphs for him this year: making a critically acclaimed album with music that he loves, getting to perform that music for adoring fans, a billboard #1, singing with Queen, wearing the Blonde's red dragon
jacket, lol, fashion week, the PLL episodes; you know he is fully enjoying and appreciating these moments, as he should be.
I'm ready to play whatever tune he gives me next and to dance around in the joy groove it is sure to bring my way.
That tune is Trespassing. LET'S GO!

I was intrigued by Nica575's question about the Russian article's comment -- “The little blurb in the upper left corner (the only one clear enough to read) says that Adam played in 17 musicals (starting at the age 10). Do we actually know that? What are they? It could very well be their own invention... (they spelled Eber as Ember for instance).” I know of 19 and I think the list is incomplete. Check out the list on page 1 and let me know what I missed. ETA: I hate Delta Airlines just a little less right now.  |

Hey guys - Happy Saturday
Just wanted to let you know that I exchanged some texts with Hoppers a few days ago and she wants everyone to know that she is thinking of us and misses this place terribly right now. She is just overwhelmed with real life stuff - some good and some bad and some just crazy - and will be back as soon as she can.
She was really touched to know that people were asking/worried about her.
