Well, idolschmidol  I don't have anything against the artists who got the idol gig, and who knows, the new gang may create an interesting chemistry together, but I'm pretty much getting over reality shows these days. I don't care enough about contestants on these shows to vote, and if I do watch the shows, it is a week or so later on DVR. Added to that, the people who do care enough to vote always vote for the wrong winners, which is annoying and a little bit scary, lol. Of course, Adam could have made me care and would have been adamazing on the show, but you all know that. Still, there are just too many reality shows these days, and they are all too much the same and too scripted and too obvious. There is actually getting to be good programming again on TV, especially on cable channels, and I prefer to watch those shows when I am not watching recordings of Adam live, lol. On to whatever Adam does next. Oh, and although Adam came to my attention through AI, I feel no loyalty to the show. They got as much from Adam as he got from them. I'll watch the show if Adam performs on it. (This from a person who never purchased Orbitz gum ,even though it was my favorite gum, for a year after the commercial my husband was supposed to direct some years ago for them was given to someone else at the last second, lol) That's show business. My husband, by the way, thanked me for my loyalty, laughed and continued to chew Orbitz gum right in front of me. He was fine and Adam will be fine as well.  |

I do find it interesting that AI was not considering an Idol WINNER for the judging post.....there are plenty of them out there that need a career boost.
Btw, I still can't do the Trespassing claps......anyone else? I'm ready to travel to see Adam. I need a fix -- bad! After October I'm free to go ANYWHERE!! I see adventures ahead!
If Queenbert does happen I'll need ticket purchasing advice....you guys all seem to get really, really great seats. Is there already a thread for that?
