I checked this out to see if tickets were available. Only 1 ticket was available in $175 category. How do you know? I just checked this out too and I selected 4 tickets for $125.00 category and they're still available for 4 in GA. I tried to reserve 2 tickets at the $175 level but it would only let me have 1. A notice popped up saying all other tickets were sold or in shopping carts

She said only 1 was available. I just tried to get one $175 ticket. It said none available. $125 GA tickets still available. But she said she checked " if tickets were available" it means in all category and she said only one available in $175.00 category

It may have been "OT", but, seriously, thanks for bringing it over. That little guy is really something! Here's a newer video on SONY/Philippines facebook from last week. The kid attracted SONY's attention and this is the result: "Roel Manlangit from Valencia City, Bukidnon tried out to be part of the singing contest for the Sony Caravan. With his talent and determination, he wowed the crowd and the Sony Management. After winning the local competition, he was invited to be the front act of succeeding Sony Caravan Events"www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=484551474896202(Sorry, cannot imbed video from facebook, so this is the link. Well worth the watching!)

I am right there with you! Something happened during a 7-10 day period around the time Nigel was announced as coming back as executive producer. I think Nigel was holding out for more money and AI was too scared to go to the next season without him. : I also think they were also scared that The Voice was going to get Nicki for the spring, so they wanted to pay whatever they could to get her. IMO, The Voice won out in the long run with Usher. Do you think Randy had a contract that they would have had to buy out, if they had let him go this year? Maybe that was why they were going to move him to a mentor position. Maybe they promised him development deals for new shows in the place of paying him millions of dollars this year? Maybe Randy agreed to do this season for very little? Maybe they had to keep Mariah happy after they signed Nicki and they had to give her Randy? IDK...but something shifted quickly during that one week time frame. >:( Idol had a contract with Randy that they had an option to extend another year. No sign Randy was not a budge choice -- he was estimated to earn $10 million a year from Idol. www.celebritynetworth.com/richest-celebrities/randy-jackson-net-worth/Randy's new deal with Idol has been described as "lucrative". He is certainly not doing this for "scale". With FOX stepping up to pay for part of the judges salaries, I really do not think this was about money. >> I think the idea that this was for Mariah -- does make sense. -- My theory is that by mid-August FOX wanted Mariah, Nicki, Keith and Enrique -- Fox leaked it on purpose to Shirley. (This is the same thing they did with JLo and Steven -- leaked it to gauge response and generate buzz.) Fox did additional leaks to EW and TMZ. >> IMO Adam was on a back-up list in August, maybe it was just a remote possibility. If he was top-of-the list, FOX would have leaked it. >> This all happened before Nigel was signed, not after. Nigel's contract was renewed almost 12 days after the THR story that had Enrique in the chair. Mariah, Nicki and Keith got mostly good response. They worked out the deals and signed them. Nicki pretty much leaked it then tried to say she was tweeting about her perfume. Keith was confirmed by The Voice AU. A Mariah, Nicki and Keith panel would not work well. They needed another man. The problem was Enrique. The money does not seem to have been the problem (He wanted $10-$12 million vs. the lower FOX offer -- $4 million?.) His management leaked that there was other considerations than money -- specifically his privacy. FOX/Idol also had to notice the online sentiment on Enrique as a judge choice was mixed at best. They had to get started. They had loyal, reliable Randy. It would make Mariah happy and add some consistency to the show. Done deal.Yeah - see - this is what gets my shit cause I believe this is exactly what happened - Adam was still on the list - BUT - let's throw someone to the curb and bring back Randy just to make princess $20,000,000 Mariah happy. ARRGH... >:( ETA- I don't think it's asking too much to be able to discuss this Idol mystery for a few weeks. The Kris-Adam finale is still being discussed years later. Certain important subjects involving Adam deserve their time of rehashing. I find it intriguing. I appreciate reading all viewpoints. The subject will naturally run its course. They all do.

Everyone I know who is going to the DC concert got the $175 VIP. Many wanted the $250 ones and I only know of one Glambert who got a M&G. There may be others. No Glambert I know wanted the $125 tics. They're going for Adam, IMO, although I'm sure most if not all support the cause. Hope there is a decent turnout from the LGBT community and they finish buying up those $125 GAs. They should probably expand the VIP area for a few more Glamberts.
There are lots of tics available for the AZ concert at $20 a tic. I just checked and got a Row 8 Sec 205 which is a decent seat. I guess DC and Phoenix arn't the best locations for concerts during the week.
After GNT, some of us were speculating that Tour 2 would probably move to venues maybe twice the size of GNT and still may. Selfishly, I would love to see him again in some of those wonderful theatre settings. Hope between now and Tour 2 the buzz builds and he sells lots of tics here at home. I feel way more confident for ticket sales internationally. I want him to be both happy and rich!

Q3, your theory explains NOTHING about why Adam cleared and kept his September schedule clear until after Idol.
He is NOT a stupid man and does not have stupid management. Why on Earth would he do this if he was only a remote chance and not have any real reason to believe he was under serious contention? He alluded to "stuff," or "a job" that has never transpired. He was over the moon about it and then suddenly stuff starts getting booked once Idol is a done deal.
I don't buy it at all the theory that Adam was not in serious contention AT ALL. I think they had him as the consistency factor all along and planned to clean the table all along. He was going to be the big reveal, but things got sticky with Mariah once they signed Nicki. (Who I think they paid way too much money for.)
Randy was dragged back because of Mariah – that I DO believe and I DO believe he was doing it for cheaper than he had previously. For him to get paid both through Mariah's salary and his own is skeezy to the Nth degree. IMO.

Sorry, cannot believe we are still talking about Adam and Idol.. Itza over. We consider Adam's band dispensable, but Adam has always stated that how important his band members are to him. That they are his family on the road and off. It looks like Isaac has some commitments and that is the biz, but I wouldn't shove him under the rug for good. Hopefully, he will be back with Adam when he can. There is something about solidarity in the people who are backing you that gives a performer a reliability factor. So personally, I never see any band member leaving as 'eh..whatever'..JMO Adam has said he picks his 'crew' as much for their attitude and vibe as for their talent. Keisha has a big mouth. That is all. Been away from the thread for hours, BUT when I made my earlier comment about Issac ... and why I said I would like Issac to return .....IS...... It is less stress to have Issac in the fold for ADAM and the whole group...they have continuity.I am with VIV!! ...yes he is adorable ...and yes to his character and fitting in.
