I love minimal makeup Adam, especially in this photo. He has a natural glow - or perhaps, what my husband refers to as 'that freshly laid look'

Yes, Rowe is Pat Ryder. But this article is just a retread of the Perez Interview, US Magazine report and E! News report. (HollywoodNews is like Examiner -- not editorial standards, and they reuse other news reports almost all the time.) So far, no one from Gaga's world has said anything about it and Adam's only comment was the tweet. I do not believe it is confirmed one way or the other if Perez was at the Party because the guest list is confidential -- and no one is supposed to talk about a Gaga private party. My guess is that Perez was not there -- he often uses "we" in his reports to refer to a source plus himself. Does anyone have a source for Perez not being there? Someone commented on JustJared yesterday that PH wasn't there, but was not confirmed. So far we have three confirmed facts -- 1. Adam was at Gaga's birthday party. 2. Adam arrived with the Sister Sisters and was not on the door list. 3. Adam punched a hole in the ceiling at La Citi and bruised his hand per his tweet. After the Perez interview -- he got a ton of questions and accusations from Adam fans. He responded to 2 tweets but will not respond to press inquiries. glittermehappy2 Kelly Brooks @perezhilton Why are you saying bad and untrue things about @adamlambert??? His fans want to know!!!! PerezHilton Perez Hilton @glittermehappy2 They're not untrue. He Tweeted himself what happened! I just gave the details after he did that. linalilja Lina Landström @perezhilton If u say so! Not sure WHY u would say that abt a friend tho, true or not? And I would love to hear @adamlambert version too.. 31 Mar PerezHilton Perez Hilton @linalilja It's true. 100%! 31 Mar Beyond that -- we have an unnamed source at E!News, and US Magazine gettinq quoted as fact but there source was the Perez' interview. But it seems like a big deal over very little to me.

Why do people think Perze wasn't at Gaga's party? Because they want to believe he wasn't. There is no source for it either way. Just Perez' interview that sure makes it sound like he was there.

I though Rowe was "Bobbi" (as in Roberta) No, Rowe is Pat Ryder -- I knew her is RL. She even posted as Rowe/Pat on PF for a couple of months and posted a few article and some of her photos with her real name byline.

Haven't had much chance to post this week and I'm really tired so should probably think twice about posting. But just wanted to say a couple of things about some of the events of the week: 1. I think I'm repeating myself but I have to say again how thrilled I am that the DVD/CD is doing so well. SO HAPPY about that!!! LOVE IT. (Leave it to the non-Adam fans on MJs to try to make something negative about it. Whatever! We'll have the last laugh) 2. I really didn't feel all that interested in the Perez thing -- it just doesn't seem that important -- but I liked Adam's tweet when he said "my hand still hurts. LOL" Just shows how much we read into a few letters, but I found that tweet really endearing -- the LOL seems full of humor and self-deprecation. Like he was rolling his eyes at himself. Made me smile. And yes, I know what other people were reading into that tweet! 3. The photos of Adam and Sauli leaving Mr. Black's earlier this week. First of all, Adam -- those boots, those jeans, THOSE LEGS!! Wow. Kind of mind boggling. Gorgeous. And loved the messy hair. I've never liked most of the variations on the pompadour as much as the less structured looks, so it was nice to see it a little looser (understatement!) for a change. (I think Sauli looks better with longer, less structured hair, too -- like in some of his older pictures). Also, those photos were the first time I really saw the affection and connection between them -- before that, I just wasn't seeing it the way others were. Although I didn't doubt it, because who flies around the world for a fling? But those photos were really nice. Having said that -- Sauli looked really drunk, lol. 4. Hmm, ok I'm probably pushing it with this, but -- I was intrigued/amused by the photo of Adam at Mr. Black's (the same night he was photographed leaving with Sauli) with Tommy in the background. I imagine that Adam often travels with a bit of an entourage, and realistically, there were probably other people there with Tommy. Can't imagine Monte at Mr. Black's, but maybe Sutan, Taylor, Terrance, Cam? Or Liz?? Or I guess maybe Katri. IDK. But it's funny that there were no tweets or photos of anyone else. Was it just the three of them? #Tommylikestowatch #threesome Good thing this thread's almost done! BTW, speaking of Tommy...the photos of him and Monte are really nice. Thanks for posting them, NoAngel. I'm sure I'm probably the only one thinking this, but Tommy seems to be dressing exactly like Adam and Sauli sometimes do -- the v-neck black tee, the leather jacket, black jeans, necklaces. Hmm. J/K. I guess it's a pretty common look.

I never wrote anything about Adam putting out a DSTM quality album -- I used it as an example of how singles are not important. I also included the number of albums it took even one of the greatest bands ever to break thru to make just the point that a great album is rare. I do not think hit singles are that important -- but they seem to get a lot of focus in the Idol world. Financially, 1 million albums generates as much profit as 20 million tracks sold in the US if there are 4 singles promoted to US radio. Adam needs to sell over 700K units of Adam #2 to be a big success. If he gets a top 10 single and only sells 250K units of his album, it will not be good. RCA would be thrilled to have a 2P album with no hit single, and no radio promotion. That is how you generate huge profits. Not saying that Adam #2 will be 2P but just talking about the economics of the business. I think he will sell >700K of Adam #2. And he will almost certainly get a third album even if his sales are modest which I do not expect. I know you didn't say you expected a DSTM type album. My statement was that I hoped fans weren't expecting too much, too soon. I agree that RCA would be thrilled with an album that sold 2 million copies, but didn't have any hit singles. When has that happened to a new or fairly new artist in the past couple of years? SUBO? Bieber? Those sales weren't due to the fact that their albums were musical masterpieces! LOL Right now, the name of the game is radio play and hit singles, unless the artist happens to be established and has a fan base that can propel them to the multiple platinum mark without any radio play. It would be amazing if Adam gets there one day, but he is nowhere close to that at this point. Hit singles are important to everyone in the pop music industry. (not just the Idol bubble) Gaga, Britney, Swift, Rihanna, Christina are all chasing the top 10 pop charts. Christina failed at getting radio play, and her album failed, also. I'm sure there are exceptions, but for the most part pop artists need hit singles to help sell albums.
