I am not familiar with Saturday Night Online. What can we expect when they talk to Adam this Sat? Is he gonna be in their studio live? Are they gonna play Trespassing, does that have significant impact?

Yes! Because it is China! And it was the Finale. And I didn't say millions, with an "s." I said probably around a million. And even it it wasn't a million, I'll bet it was a 6 figure amount. I would be shocked if he did it for exposure only, which would still be an excellent reason. But China TV has the money to spend and I just think they probably spent it!! I was including the talk show and private fan M&G that I mentioned in my "millions" statement. I'm sure that this show does make some big bucks in advertising dollars, just like Idol did in its heyday. What I was asking is why would they pay an artist to come on a show if they already had a massive audience watching and advertisers paying 400,000 for 15 second spots? Like Idol, The Voice-China is in the position of offering promotional opportunities to guest performers- not in the position of having to pay performers to boost their ratings. When a show can offer an audience of 300 to 400 million viewers, they don't have to pay performers to come on their show and perform. The exposure is the payment. |

Although, his management (or is it the label) certainly should have worked some kind of deal to get a play. |

If so, is that why his hair is blue? Or will it be another color? Maybe ! but how can Adam be in a shoot , and the band be rehearsing ?? don't they need the HBIC ? or is it normal ? I think they've rehearsed before without Adam. I think Brian is the music director? They probably know what Adam wants. |

So I am hoping this works out well. There has been a lot of snark in the past, and a lot of smackdowns for the Glamberts. Even refused to play his songs for several weeks and complained to mgmt about us being too pushy and Adam's mgmt was forced to say something. So I am not sure how this will all work out. If Romeo is doing it. He is a Glambert. |
