Just popped in to tell my fellow night awls that Rove LA is on right now if anyone is interested. It's a repeat with Pink, Jim Parsons, and Chris Hardwick.
If Adam is my BOY, then Pink is definitely my GIRL! I just LOVE LOVE her!  although I don't follow her like I do Adam, as a matter of fact, Adam is the only one that I've evah evah fallen down the rabbit hole for. ;D
ahhh...the one and only Dr. Sheldon Cooper....must Tivo this episode!
ETA: Motherhood has made Pink even more beautiful & lovable, but she'll still kick your ass when she wants to.

At first I thought that these f.....g reality stuff ...
But when I looked at this performance, I cried so that I never before. And I never cry because of performer (ok...Adam is an exception)!

And I never cry for anyone because of the performer (ok...Adam is an exception)! Thank you! Same feeling as after hearing Paul Potts the very first time. Brings tears into your eyes. So these reality shows can really bring an opportunity for those who otherwise would find it hard to find support! Like Adam. |

even tho I recently said I only liked one album of hers I can appreciate her talent. Love her as an artist. I've come not to trust my assessment of an artist because, when I look at my tastes, they are very narrow--and I have a bias against female voices probably cuz I can't sing along with my deep voice (can only sing John and Paul, Jim Morrison, Van Morrison, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and Lou Reed ranges--and I think it's colored, and limited, my taste in music, lol. Can women be baritones  ) I do love her voice and remember seeing her on David Letterman in the early days when she sang a song to a lone acoustic guitar and I was bowled over! Her VH1 Behind the Music was one of the best ever and had such a great story arc. Looking forward to Sat ep and how much they splice and dice it. |
