Thanks for letting me know. I opened a twitter account once and it scared the bahooties out of me, so I don't use it anymore. I know..how hard can it be, right??? But I had all these 'people' start to follow me so I blocked my account. Tres creepy..JMO...I know many of you have a great time there. I had a total of maybe 4 tweets I made..1 to Adam and 3 to a friend and I got off. Like a big black hole, that place...  Totally appreciate all the info you all bring over, tho!  You don't need a twitter account of your own. You can search anything in twitter by using: twitter.com/search Thanks , Bobo! I won't be scorned after all! Appreciate this! ;D |

Dr. May has me supporting the badgers!! I don't think so, you just vote. I think they just track the votes. I've been voting in a lot of on-line requests such as this, and Adam has been quite high on the playlist, so I believe it is working and no IP address check. Yes, when you vote in any online poll or post a comment, your IP address is connected to that record. And your IP address can easily be associated with a physical address. Anyone with administrative privileges can see the IP address. For example, in 2010 WSTW Wilmington DE removed Adam from all their polls because they were getting so many posts from outside of the market. Most stations do not care who votes in polls because they sell the online ads. And some stations, like Q102 want traffic and listeners from everywhere. ETA: Just to clarify --- Winning these online polls is really important to Adam and you can vote from anywhere. Requests are a different matter -- and for local broadcast playlists, most stations only consider local requests. Thanks for clarifying! Do you think it's worthwhile to tweet SNOL with Trespassing request? I only see 1 request on their twitter.. :-/ |

South Africa concerts are on the 13th and 16th -- and with the time change he can be back in LA in plenty of time for the AMAs. But I think it is a real longshot he would perform on the AMAs. |

Yesterday, Brian is only following 6 people and one of them is his own son, Jimmy (the guy is as smart as his father btw ;D). But then I think it doesn't matter, Brian and Roger probably have Adam's phone number.. so . That what's matter to me ;D ;D ;D ;D |
