Ok then.. after about an hour or more on Hit Predictor,only for Adam would I do this,I got to rate Adam.. I gave him a 97 didn't want to seem to cray. I learned a lot. 1.There are a lot of songs out there and only a handful make it to radio. 2.Radio stinks and is totally unfair to all the singers/listeners out there. 3. RADIO STINKS 4. I want Adam to be one of the handful.. because he is the best of the best 5. Radio stinks.............................. If you have about an hour or so to spare give Hit predictor a look.. FOR ADAM I'm still in the middle of listening and there's so much work waiting for me in the house, but I can't stop before I get to hear Adam.... ;D And honestly, there is a lot of music out there - but also a whole lot of CRAP...  |

I suspect it is a bit of both. Probably something in their physiology that creates a somewhat similar tone in their voices, tho Adam's is much more finely developed thru training than Freddie's. Makes me wonder what Freddie would have sounded like if he had started voice lessons at 10 years old. But Adam has said he liked what Freddie did with his voice, and how he shaped it. Certainly Adam studied Freddie. So he probably picked up some of his styling. Then, on Bo Rap, I think Adam may also consciously be trying to match Freddie's tones in order to create that effect. It feels almost like Freddie is passing the torch to Adam. There was an interview, sometime around the time of Idol or maybe even on Idol, where Adam actually said that he really studied Bo Rap to figure out how Freddie made the vocal sounds and how he could duplicate it. I think he said he did this for other rock artists also, or at least implied it. Anybody remember which interview this was? Sounds like you're talking about other idols who's during the competition always copying someone's style of singing... a copy cat. ;D And the world knows Adam Lambert is not a copycat, the rock clasic fans and world already admitted it that during & after Queen concerts Adam is his own entity and not trying to copying Freddie. Anyway, I've never heard about such interview or even if it's exist. Now I know there's one TV interview on his homecoming in San Diego. One TV reporter asked Adam about his phyton shoes and when he's going to sing Queen songs on Idol stage. Adam heard and knew about people comparing him to Freddie and he told the reporter that the reason why he hasn't sang Queen song yet was because he had to make the song his own coz he didn't want to sounds alike. So, IMO if Adam's studying someone's voice it's not to make it sounds alike or duplicate or copying them, he is studying it from the technical point of view .. how they created the voice and how he can do it with his own style. His own rock voice with classical touch ;D |

Btw guys , when I was in school the other day , taking a geography lesson , we were talking about "the history of geography" , and now I know that the Babels were the first to draw the "world map" . Now I know why Adam says in "Broken English" , "tower of Babel has fallen down again" , like , the barriers have fallen down , throw away the map , it doesn't matter , I love you despite the fact that we come from different parts of the map . And of course , the teacher had to ask me why the hell I was grinning like an idiot the whole time in class . #It'sAGlambertThing Well, actually he is signing it because, based on Bible, when Tower of Babel were falling down, people lost they common lauguage an ability to understand each other. I am bad in details, so someone who knows better, please add/correct? |

(not the content, not the story, just the picture ...) Every time I go to that museum I actively avoid this painting.
