I was watching "2012" yesterday for the very first time. Bought it a long time ago, mainly because of Adam, but didn't get myself watch it since it has so bad reviews here. But it was actually a very decent movie, especially visually, which is so important to me. I have dark separated room for my movie-watching, my "home-cinema"  . I had watched the movie, and then, there in the middle of darkness, Adam started singing "Time For Miracles"! The whole song sounded so different ( I don't know if it is the same arrangement as on the CD, but sounded different, might be my sound system...), lovely, powerful, emotional. This song has certainly now it's second life to me! I haven't either seen 2012 movie, but I love love love Time For Miracles. I have had this on repeat now several days: www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmdQ_52gG1k&feature=relatedI think this kind of music suits him best (incl. Who Wants To Live Forever etc..) No one in this world else is capable of singing them as brilliantly as Adam.  And the Show Must Go On!!!! I think he would have slayed the new Bond song. But Adele does a gret job. Very Shirley Basseyish. |
