Yes, the views are stunning. Also the houses are unique, historic and often adorable (or breathtaking). Obviously, they don't have mudslides with every major rain as many of the houses date back to the 1940s. They're pretty damn sturdy. Not that there isn't a risk, but many of those homes have stood for 70 years with little or no incident. I'd say the bigger risk is in new construction. My grandfather lived in the Hollywood Hills. He had a spectacular view, but the main thing I remember from visiting him at that house was watching him kill rattlesnakes in his yard on three different occasions. That made a big impression on me. Oh ya, I can imagine. Let me clarify, that when I say "privacy" I mean privacy from the street, not necessarily from your neighbors. Because of the terrain, it is very possible that you can be overlooking your neighbor's backyard.

I hope Adam has taken the time to read at least some of these. There are so many beautiful and touching comments. That would be a good question to send to interviewers. I sent it to Adam. I'll let you know when he replies! LOL!

I know no one but KittyKay is paying attention to this, but my heart is broken for my Butler team. I need some new Adam pictures to cheer me up (one where I can actually see him). It's also my bedtime- maybe something pretty will be waiting for me in the morning. I'm paying attention, cookie. I love the madness (although I stopped really caring this year when my longhorns were kicked out because a ref couldn't count to five--it is a pretty high number). I felt really bad for butler tonight--they're a much better team than that. Just hang on to the fact that they played a fantastic tournament. Tonight can't take that away--they've been great up til tonight. I feel so badly for them- not so much because they lost, but because they never got their act together tonight. They are a great bunch of kids and a really good team that just didn't look like a contender tonight. But a mid-major team making it to the finals two years in a row is incredible. And...I can't think of a single way to tie this to Adam except that GNT live was shot at Butler. So there you go.

again, that is your interpretation of what you think Adam meant and has no basis in fact unless you were with Adam when he tweeted it and know why he tweeted it. Adam has been in this game long enough to understand how it's played. I doubt seriously he got his nose out of joint over what Perez said. And IF he did then he needs a thicker skin IMO because there will always been some gossip parasite, be it Perez or TMZ or someone looking to say something negative about him. That is the nature of celebrity and yeah it sucks but he knew the score going in. He might have known the score, but he is still human and still has feelings, so unless he is utterly insensitive which he isn't of course he wouldn't have been happy about the way Perez portrayed him...are you saying because he chose t be in the public spotlight he shouldn't be 'upset' when negative opinions about him are expressed ? :-/ I believe Adam may have addressed this in his NZ interview today. He said the fans' encouragemenet does not go unnoticed, and there are times he really needs it. The Perez business may have been a time when the fans showing their love really helped. Whatever we can do, Adam...

Whatever we can do, Adam... I also believe that when he said he appreciated the fan support and sometimes he needs it, was a reference to the Perez incident. It really pulled at my heartstrings when I heard him say that and I wanted to smack PerASS all over again.

Adam inspires so much love from the people who know him &know of him. The tweet photo of Adam and Sia is dark but so loving. I find Adam so inspiring and so full of light...He is beyond special in all ways. He is so beautiful.
