the real question NOW is what kind of support the 3rd single is getting... we already know that there is no MV UNLESS it is a hit... so another catch 22... do 3rd singles get TV show spots? Would DWTS be possible? any of the evening talk shows? p.s. btw - seeing advertisement for Biebs/Minaj thingy right under the TP lyrics video is driving me crazy... any advise? (I don't drink - so this option is out ;D) If it makes you feel any better, Adam gets some money for that ad being on the TP Lyrics Video. ** At this point in the project's life, the artist (AKA Adam) is the one who makes the decision about if they should invest development funds in a music video. The plan is sensible -- release an EP that includes the single. That will generate more revenue than a radio edit single. It also has a chance of charting. There appears to be a misunderstand floating around the web -- Adam's management confirmed that fans should buy Trespassing Radio Edit vs. other singles. But they mostly want people to buy the EP. Need proof: If they wanted to sell the single, they would have put it for sale in Adam's official store. Instead, the are selling the EP. YES! If Adam makes some $s on that ad - it does make me feel better...a very, very tiny bit but better... As far as I understand the strategy - they want to 1) chart the single on iTunes and 2) sell the EP on AO to make some money... two different goals for two different products... am I wrong? |

 But I want the success he deserves !!!! Yes to this too. All he really needs is the exposure on American TV. Music and award shows, DWTS, more idol, talk shows, The Voice etc.

This is so fun listening how they feel and impression when they met Adam. And how excited Aidan was when Adam waved at him alone... he was jumped up and down... hahaha ;D ;D eta: OMG.. I loved all your posts. I have always thought there was an invisibe umbilical cord that joins us that love Adam all together. When Adam appears vulnerable in an interview, we all feel his emotions whether happy or sad. Our immediate desire is to put our arms around him to make him feel loved and accepted as the wonderful man that he is. Sometimes I look at him and think I am reading his mind.
I have always been a little left of center and a little eccentric even as a child. I wonder if fans everywhere feel like we do. The women I have met so far that give all to Adam are so special and unique and come from all kinds of backgrounds and education. The main thing we have in common is Adam, and we all love and value this man so much. I don't see any of us leaving him.
Time for bed. It has been a good night. I am glad Adam and the band are back safe. I always worry when they are in the air and want them safely on the ground. I wish Sauli was there to kiss Adam hello. Maybe they skyped. I adore both of them. Goodnight ladies and any gentlemen that may be awake.

I know that RCA wants to sell EPs. I know that Adam's "management" confirmed that fans should buy the Trespassing Radio Edit single vs. the other Trespassing remix tracks. I think that came from Shoshanna -- not RCA. The iTunes sales chart has some influence on radio decisions but not as much as fans seem to think. |

No, it is what HAC stations do for everyone's songs. They edit curse words, even words like ass. Pop and Hip Hop stations have different standards, as do stations in other country. HAC stations are not discriminating against Adam, they are treating him like every other artist when they censor certain words to appeal to the majority of their audience. Then what was the problem with Fever as a single and all the he/she BS!!! That's a different issue than the one of stations from a specific format censoring words out of the songs from all artists. |
