So this is just my opinion - no tomatoes please! My inclination is to stay in reality. The reality is that Trespassing is the single and it is a wonderful single. It got less play on PLL and it was not as relevant a song as Cuckoo given the milieu of the party scene. Perhaps that is one of the reasons it didn't catch on immediately. Personally, I feel uncomfortable wagging fingers that Cuckoo was not chosen. They were so close even in our Glambert poll. I feel it is good to rejoice that Cuckoo helped turned kids on to Adam and support Trespassing with all our hearts. Adam loves it. I suspect he was the driving force behind the choice. I speculate that if he thought there might be only one single, it should be the title track and his anthem. Can I throw flowers instead? :D I so, so agree! I didn't want to say anything, thanks for saying it instead of me. Trespassing is the current single. I celebrate and love it and pimp it as such. It IS his anthem, indeed.

I AGREE with you guys , too , BUT : 1- Maybe they picked up "Cuckoo" because it went PERFECT with the theme of the episode ? like "Crazy TRAIN is ready to roll" , you know ?? it just fit better . 2- Cuckoo has more teen appeal , I guess . AND , after all , this about spreading ADAM's fame , now the teens know who he is !!! and they loved him . Yeah , Trespassing IS the single , but Cuckoo was perfect for the episode

Trespassing was given a fraction of the airtime of Cuckoo, which was showcased. Of course Cuckoo's going to be the song that non-fans take away from the show. If Cuckoo was released as the single and got the same support from radio that Trespassing has (ie.NONE) it would be doing exactly the same. It's not the song. Oh, and btw, welcome back alexandra and gelly! So happy to see you guys here!

I don't throw flowers and I don't throw tomatoes Of course TP is the single and it's Adam's statement and it was certainly his choice as a single and I really love it, but I often thought that Cuckoo clicks so much easier with people. That's why I wished that it was the first single - a door-opener for Trespassing. When you look at the charts at the moment, it speaks for itself. Cuckoo had much more time on PLL and this might be one of the reasons why people are requesting or bying. Also one reason for this could be that Trespassing is cool but Cuckoo is fun!

www.peopleschoice.com/pca/nominations/thank-you.jsp?cid=169579They are taking nominees for Peoples Choice awards. The music category is the last category you can nominate. Go join and put Adam's name and info into the "other" box. He hasn't been listed in the lists of nominees but you can add his name in the "other" box.

I don't throw flowers and I don't throw tomatoes Why not? Throw in some pasta and candles, and you get a perfect romantic candle lit dinner.
