[/IMG] I'm such a good fan, spreading the word of his wonderful music. 8-) 8-) 8-)
I used to play Adam's music to my students in the lab and once they also asked me to write Adam's name and the name of the album. The good news: now all of them have the album. The bad news: all of them download all the music illegally...
Well, at least they like him. If he goes over there on tour they'll probably go see him live.

I live now in Portugal but I am from Spain and last year I was still working there. I mean, the possibility of Adam touring in Spain didn't even cross my mind. You know.

Just had time to listen to this fan vid of Trespassing after the "train wreck" comment. I think it sounded great in this vid and no one who did not know the song would think there was a mistake in the bridge. He is so confident and such a consummate performer - he can basically cover up anything and make it work. I am reminded about his coming in early on AOBTD in one of the London concerts. He just used it to semi-riff on the entrance line until it came around again. Train wreck? No way! This vid also enabled us to hear that the audience was into it and enthusiastic - not screamers but definitely with him. Who said it was a train wreck exactly? I already talked about this on the vocal masterclass thread because Butterknife said that some fansite had called it a train wreck, but I haven't seen it said anywhere. And it wasn't a train wreck. If you listen to the fan vids, it sounded good. Dry feeds always make everything sound worse than it really is, that's why I don't like them. The performance was fine. Like I said in the vocal masterclass thread, people who were there loved it, he probably made some contacts and he probably was paid big bucks just for singing three songs. I personally am very, very happy.

Oh, wow, another Spaniard! ¡Hola!   You never know, last week I heard a tiny rumour about Adam coming to Spain to a Summer Festival next year... It probably isn't true, but who knows? If Adam comes to Spain, I would guess he would come to one of those festivals. He can't give a concert on his own over here, not nowadays. And hey, he did say we were on the list. Either he said it to placate us, or he really has something planed for us. Who knows? I will keep hoping. ;D He's conquering the world one step at a time, after all. ;D ;D ;D

I listened to that fan vid of Trespassing after reading that ridiculous comment and thought it was totally inappropriate to say anything other than wow! he covered a little slip so elegantly one would never know.

I know you agree! And I don't think that the quote as I left it implied that you didn't agree with me. I just shortened it because I wanted to address that part in particular. But if you think it's necessary, I'll quote your whole post. ETA: Done!

U don't know how pissed I was seeing those 'train-wreck' comments on some other fan sites yesterday :twist: .
