I had a fight on Twitter with some Adam Levine fan who tweeted how in the world could anyone think Adam Lambert was sexy, he was ugly, looked like he walked into a wall, etc. I honestly don't see how anyone can say Adam is ugly (I happen to think he's the most beautiful man in the world). It makes me think that they just dislike him, so they call him ugly. Adam Lambert has very striking features to me, whereas Levine looks very non-descript. I am not into guys with small beady eyes that slant downward with no space between the eyes and eyebrows. what annoys me the most is his comments on WWFM on The Voice. This is what Adam Levine said on The Voice.... “I’m actually not familiar with that song, but you just forced me to like it. I’m pretty sure, although I’ve never heard that song before, that you probably sang it better than the person that sang it originally.”Perhaps he was ignorant [literally] but it really not worth getting all stirred up 18 months later. Most importantly, Adam had no issue with it. At the time he Tweeted: “Yeah Nakia! Saaaang boy!! Great performance. I think Adam might know who I am after this next album. Get ready for me Levine. Hahah”
“But for the record, I’m def a Maroon 5 fan. Fans: there is NO reason to be angry. Thanks for being protective but it's all good.”ETA: Although Adam asked fans to move on, since June 21, 2011, there is still a bit of a battle between some Levine fans and Glamberts on Twitter. I suspect that a few of the instigators are actually not Levine fans but are just play games with Glamberts.

Hmm...This Cindy thing is for Charity? Where does the money go? Is this a repeating happening or one-of-a-kind? I believe I read here yesterday that 100% goes to helping the homeless LGBT youths. I'm not sure how many years she has been doing this. Thank you! So close to his heart!

Adam is doing a benefit concert to help homeless, unwanted LGBT kids..I would think both of the song choices made would be perfect for the theme of the concert.I remember Adam's voice teacher saying that she cried when she heard Adam sing Mad World ,because it was so much like him when he was in High School. My kids and my grandkids just recently sang Mad World for us and played guitars,a banjo and a mandolin,They looked at me and said for you ,an Adam song.I have to say I was so touched. I am also very deeply touched that Adam is in NYC helping to raise money for these kids. It's not about us,the fans ,It's not about Adam,It's about these unwanted children who have little love or opportunity.

it was slow like hell.. Adam seemed to try and keep it going... yes - his voice was exactly the way you described, but Cyndi came in with her tiny high pitched voice anyway, I am sure there will be a solo, at least one Cyndi Lauper has one of the most unique and beautiful voice in music. I can't wait to hear this duet! I agree with you--Cyndi is a wonderful singer. Like Adam, she's very versatile. Her first hit was the delightful romp "Girls Just Want to Have Fun." Her second hit was the haunting "Time After Time." I love singers who are not one-trick ponies.

Anyway, not even knowing who was the original singer, I just don't think it is appropriate for a reality show judge to say something like that in public. I just said what irritated me a bit in the first place. I wasn't trying to stir it up. Pls. Don't put words in my mouth. I have nothing against him as a person. I do listen to his music occasionally.
