I found this article interesting, and it affirmed my believe that Adam is in competent hands with DMG. I liked this sentence a lot: "You're much better off with an artist who has a really strong vision and gives you something you can work and build with." Sounds like Adam to me.

Fascinating... I could so relate this article to Adam who appears to be highly goal oriented, creative & in control. tip of the iceberg talent we haven't begun to see. RCA not getting him...so many similarities....Thank you Maddie for posting this I think Adam picked the right management team.. He's become an International star

No chance to check Atop for the past while, so am skimming the past several days. I see Aleks was asking about favorite performances of 2012. Favourite 2012 Adam Lambert Performances List so far: ~ Under Pressure, Adam Lambert and Roger Taylor, Kiev, Ukraine ~ Outlaws Of Love, Adam Lambert, Johannesburg, South Africa I like this project and want to add some! The mini concert for Jimmy Kimmel Live was great fun. One memory that stands out is that while lined up along the sidewalk waiting for time to enter, the band started sound check. There were only a few small places where one could look through the fence, so mostly we just listened. Then Adam joined the sound check, and his voice did that amazing thing where it seems to fill up a whole theater, or whatever size venue he is in. But this time it was outdoors, and still his voice filled it up! All the songs that night were great, but I think it was the first time we saw him perform Broken English. www.youtube.com/watch?v=nn0Xwi9LIYE&feature=player_embeddedThe OC Fair/Costa Mesa show had great sound and the audience, a bunch of whom had just wandered in from the fair, were loving Adam. I think it was the first time we saw the horse jacket and the shoes with no socks. Also the first time he performed Pop That Lock. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dj4QR_gAKC8Fantasy Springs 2 had so many great moments - Adam experimenting with how to work the audience. Here he is telling those down in front to get up off their asses. (Apologies that sound is not great for Shady, couldn't find a vid with better sound just now) www.youtube.com/watch?v=35UMi__J1McLast one I'll post - I'm already going on too long... Anyway, I didn't go to this show in Texas that was a bit before Halloween, but I love Kickin' In here. The contrast that the spotlight creates makes it so you can't really see his face, but the energy, the happiness, and the p-funk -ish vibe of Adam in hat and wig and flowing coat are wonderful, joyous. Video is unsteady at first, but does settle down. www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIUi1T7nTM8&feature=player_embeddedpeace&love

HA! I'm watching Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (rerun, I'm sure). The question was:
Which pop star has fans called Hooligans?
a. xxx b. Adam Lambert c. Bruno d. xxxx
The audience was polled to answer this question and 39% (majority) thought it was Adam.

Happy Holidays one and all. I have been traveling over the holidays. The day after Christmas I was driving on a country road in Lititz, Pa. It was snowing like crazy and "Better Than I Know Myself" came on the radio. I was so surprised. My daughter was at the 9:30 club for Adams concert. She had a meet and great and had Adam sign it with my name on it. It was a great Christmas present. She also found a dvd of some of Adam's performances and interviews. She is such a sweetie. Who knew I would be so easy to shop for. lol,
