Ryan Secrest's website named Trespassing as 2012 Album of the Year. Read the comments, the radio stations are getting a grilling from the fans for not playing Adam's songs. I love it!! ryanseacrest.com/2012/12/28/round-4-album/To be quite honest I think obvious fans, chastising the radio station, are totally counter-productive. As are comments slagging off other singers, modern music and stating that they are senior citizens - proving that they are not the desired demographic once again. A brief but enthusiastic comment would be much more useful IMO. Not wanting to rain on anyone's parade but this whole situation has arisen so often before and providing Ryan with further ammunition to make fun of Adam's fans is not a good thing. I was about to post something similar. I can completely understand the frustration fans have felt by the radio blockade and it makes me as angry as anyone. But bombarding websites and radio stations with these kinds of comments is not going to help Adam at all. Quite the opposite. Many of the comments state that they haven't listened to pop radio for years. WUT? That's really going to get their attention. Not.

Sorry to disagree with you here. I have called my radio stations many times over & all I get is we'll try to squeeze Adam Lambert in,which they never do. I have listened to countless advertisements and lousy songs waiting for the stations to squeeze Adam in.If they think lying to the public is going to get me to buy their advertiser's products, they have another thing coming.. I think the more noise we make the better,I'm certainly not worried if I piss them off,how could they be any worse to Adam. He has done interview after interview with radio stations across America,The DJs smile in his face and of course don't have permission from the suits to play him.BS and hypocrisy. I think we should complain more not less.Just sayin Adam needs his Glamberts to address the issues .. In this case, the issue is,why does an album that Has made it to #1 on BB get rejected by a large part of radio.. WHY???Why does a Grammy nominee for WWFM get no attention. IMO, Adam is being blacklisted by the industry. How do you explain Rolling Stone putting Taylor Swift's album in the top 50 of the year with only a 3 1/2 star rating, but Adam's gets 4 stars and is no where on the list?

Because there is not much worth listening to. Perez Hilton, someone I'm not over the moon for,but I sure liked what he said to BBC radio, when in England. To paraphrase:He complained about American Radio not giving great singers the opportunity to be heard . He said that they played the same auto tuned ,boring music over and over again. That American radio has fallen to a dismal low.

OT... still Adam...I've just watched the Kiev performance again (should be working but who needs to make a living when there is the beauty of AFL to distract lol )...
Each time I view this 1st set ,Adam's professionalism astounds me, yet you can still see he holds back ...but by the final Hammersmith his growth / confidence is so apparent.
(I think Warfield really brought it home for me...he was so Adam and not "performer")
The VH1 show celebrates not only his voice but such a stage presence; the comedy, hosting, his ease as HBIC
I'm forever grateful to have been a witness to the phenomenon of Adam Lambert.
To add an unforgettable moment in my brain...when Adam is singing Under Pressure with Roger Taylor and he moves the mic stand , puts his hand on Taylor's back and gently moves him forward on the stage.
I repeat...HBIC.

When I was there for Queenbert, I listened to radio 1 and it sounded like the same stuff they played over here.

IMHO It's all about the money . Nevertheless Adam's album is coming out on top on many end of the year surveys and I'm pretty sure it's not only the Glamberts who are voting for Adam. Our guy always manages to turn lemons into lemonades..
