Ok, somebody call the men in the white coats because I have officially gone insane. I walked 19 miles this morning. Came home and soaked for 30 minutes, downed 3 ibuprofen and slathered myself with Tiger Balm from the waist down. So far I can still move. LOL
Since most of the walk I was alone I listened to FYE and Trespassing except for one spin through Haley Reinhart's album. Appropriately enough the song that was playing as I made it back to my car was Nirvana!

Had a crazy week this last week, but managed to lose 1.4 lbs (still +0.2 lbs from last week). Managed to stop binge-ing and sit down and figure out what I was doing wrong and get back on track. Sometimes it really is stupid little things that add up to bad!!! Still struggling for control and I know what I have to do. You all are doing great!!! Wow, rihannsu. Don't overdo it!!!

I guess when you repeat insanity you get better at it. I woke up feeling fine this morning with hardly any stiffness at all, which is even better than the morning after my first insanely long walk. The benefit? I pigged out and ate 2917 calories yesterday and was still under my goal numbers! In addition to that I was down another .4 pounds this morning.

Wednesday - Check in Day
Damn, I need stardust's chubby hamster this week. Family reunion and leftovers and then today just had the munchies.

I love Stardust's little hamster, he's very cute! And way to go Stardust, on getting back on track. I've found that even if I veer off the plan, I don't beat myself up over it. A little blip doesn't mean you can't get back on track!
Awesome walking Rihannsu! Wow! While not doing anything that major, I did lose 2.6 lbs this week, and am closing in on a total of 40 lbs. Hopefully I can reach that next week. This whole eating plan is also showing me what I can and cannot allow myself once I get to my goal weight. It is a challenge at times, especially as I have a real sweet tooth, and LOVE chocolate and my own scones & muffins that I bake regularly for breakfast this time of year. Actually had 3 walks this week.
I'll get another walk in tomorrow morning but then probably not for the better part of a week. Once my busy season is over and temperatures cool off I'll get into regular 3-4 times a week walking.

OMG! I am so blown away by Rihannsu's walking!! Just checking to say I was very physically active on my vacation and I also stuffed myself to the gills pretty much every day! Montana is the state for PIE! Back to reality ... or one version of it, anyway.

Oops! Pigged out yesterday and am paying for it now!!! Was up 0.8 lbs this week. Need to quit messing around. Trying to do some exercises, but it is a struggle! Found a CSA in my area by accidentally following a truck in my city. Yay!! Am checking it out!!!!
